The online process was great except it…
The online process was great except it isn’t clear when something is an XL or not. I selected kitchen table online but no mention of dimensions or weight to indicate if it would cost more for the driver to take. Driver was great, clear communication and flexible. Overall convenient process.

Great customer service over the phone
Great customer service over the phone. The Driver and his partner who came to pick up our items did a great job communicating with us regarding their estimated time of arrival. They were extremely polite and were very careful to make sure they did not mark any walls. Overall we had a great experience with Resupply.

Service was great
Service was great. Workers were courteous, and quite efficient in moving and loading items. One minor problem was scheduling: 1200-4:00 pm window turned into 1200-8:00pm. The company gave me the chance to reschedule, and I understand it is hard to estimate time required at each at each stop, so I can't really complain. I will use again.

Concerns about how my items' condition when removed from the truck
Overall, I thought the process was great and the crew was super. My concern was how my items were handled. I donated furniture to the habitat restore. I'm not an expert, but I believe the condition of my leather furniture was acceptable to be used in someone's home. The way it was placed in the truck and slid around on the floor of the truck makes me concerned that the leather couch will no longer look decent for resale by Habitat.

Things just don’t seem organized
Things just don’t seem organized. From trying to come to pick up items more than 3 hours sooner than time window of arrival quoted, to not accepting items that were accepted on the initial agreement and charging more to take the items on site.
It’s a good cause and still a reasonable alternative to hiring movers to haul things away but not a great experience on what is always a stressful day.

Expensive to donate
While I was pleased to be able to donate furniture to a good cause, the cost of pickup seemed high. Having to pay more than $200 was more than I'd anticipated for a table, two chairs, and an exercycle.
