Great service from start to finish, market leading Annuity quotes. All overseen with professional expertise by Alison Clarke and Scott Mulhern.

Only drawback is the potential gap between Annuity completion and the relevant Tax deduction/code being applied, but I do understand that this may be out of Retirement Line's hands.

Having contacted Retirement Line with a vague knowledge of what I needed to do to buy an annuity, I received excellent information from Denise Hyland who set out my options very clearly. She kept me updated regularly via emails and phone calls so that I was kept informed and I could ask questions about anything I didn't understand and they would be answered quickly and clearly.
