I have just fitted a pair of no cutting crash bungs to my Hayabusa. They fitted perfectly, and it took longer to take the fairing off than it did to fit the crash bungs. Very clear fitting instructions, highly recommended!

Had a part fitment issue they went above and beyond to correct the issue in an extremely timely manner. I will use them again because the level of service I received is non-existent in other companies today. Thanks again!

Unfortunately it is somewhat inevitable that mistakes get made but I have been extremely impressed in the way that RG-Racing have worked to correct something that was not directly of their making.
Having been able to make direct eMail contact with one of their senior operations team, he has been willing to understand the background of the problem and offered assistance to get everything put right.

Recently discovered I had a few small pieces missing after a engine rebuild.
I only needed the bolt as opposed to a full kit. Got in contact with Paul at RandG and he found the correct part and got it posted out on the same day.
Excellent customer service and the fact a company will sell you spares these days is a blessing.

Needed some spare parts for a R&G tail tidy on my Ducati that I could not find anywhere. Paul Smith at R&G sorted no problem and parts came in the post next day. Excellent service 👌

One of my axle frame sliders got chewed up and Luke and Carl provided excellent service to get it replaced. I appreciate their promptness, communication and professionalism. Will recommend their customer support and services to other potential customers. I will not hesitate to purchase their products again due to the customer support and service that I just experienced.

I purchased a tail tidy from R&G a few weeks back. to be delivered to spain I paid for a european delivery when i paid for the product before it was picked and dispacthed. when i recieved the product i was told i had to pay the delivery charge again by DHL . when i told RnG about what happened they said i had been scamed but i had proof of payment. so i sent them proof that i paid DHL and proof that i paid for it before despatch. they came back to me again and said they will sort it with DHL then after a few days i chased them up and then they told me to speak to DHL myself so not happy with the customer service at all wont be using them again in the future.

What a fantastic service I have received from Liam & the team they we’re extremely helpful & polite & the shipping was very quick too & Liam went out of his way 3 times to help with the additional small parts I needed FOC so kind & level of service was outstanding no matter how small it was so thank you Liam & all the Team I am most grateful for all your help & support you have given me.
very difficult to buy anything from R and G on their site.Was looking for a simple set of mirror extenders.Asked to set up an account tried it, asked to continue as new customer,tried it. After 5 attempts have given up !

I've been looking for a product to protect my expensive aftermarket exhaust system on my motorcycle and since it's not the OEM part, getting the right part wasn't an easy task. I've asked R&G for help and they gave me an answer right away with a really convient way to get the right product for me.
This kind of customer service deserves to be highlighted !

Ordered a fender eliminator kit for my bike. Once installed I was failing to illuminate intermittently. Contacted R&G by email and video of the problem. The responded swiftly with confirmation that a new light was being sent out. Sure enough it arrived two days later free of charge. Thank you Josh and RG team for making this a painless experience. Happy to recommend these guys and will continue to use them for bike parts. 👍

Josh Wise at R and G Racing in Hampshire was fantastic! I rang to request some replacement parts for my motorbike that I couldn't find specifically online.
He was so helpful & friendly & he got things sorted & out to me in the post in no time at all. There was one thing that was unavailable on receipt of my parcel, so I rang back & Josh organised this immediately that the item was available to send - in short my experience was fantastic! Thank you so much Josh, I wouldn't hesitate to use you guys again, & have already recommended you to friends & family.

I contacted Carl at r&g and asked for some help about a bolt I needed, and not only was he super at helping me but also went above and beyond in sorting me out.

Had an issue with my tank grips which I ordered for my grom. Emailed customer service who looked after me straight away. Carl was extremely helpful and resolved this issue straight away by shipping a replacement. My original package came super fast also, only took 2 days to get to Ireland! Thanks a million again for helping me
Update on replacement tank grips: They are peeling off again, after less than a week of use. I am quite disappointed as this seems to be with the product itself, I have done everything to apply them correctly. They do have good customer service however i won’t be buying my tank grips from them in the future. The annoying thing about this is I had to pay customs on the replacements.. This should have been covered

Emailed them regarding some parts had a reply with in 2 hours , exchanged a via emails to Carl regarding what I needed he then sent me payment link via paypal which just makes things so easy , Carl then sourced them and got them dispatched the next day , absolutely top service
