Needed a replacement frame slider (just one side) and figured I'd probably have to buy a whole new kit, but lo and behold the great folks at R&G saved me! Carl G. got an order together and out the door very quickly. You can be sure that next time I need sliders R&G will be at the top of my list.

Had an off on my 07 Yamaha R1 and pleased so say the upper crash bobbin worked really well in protecting the vitals. Knew that unlike many other company’s R&G would be able to replace just the broken parts. I required some new bolts and the bobbin. A quick email and the replacement parts were on the way. Unfortunately the design has changed since and the newer type would not fit on the older bracket I had. Carl Golds at R&G worked wonders and after some digging managed to source the older type that would fit saving me the cost of having to buy a whole new set of crash protection. Excellent customer service from Carl with quick delivery times! Thanks for all your help.

Purchased the R&G Brake Lever Guard for my 2020 ZX6R, which I had trouble securing to the bike properly and required an additional item to be sent out. R&G have been incredibly attentive and flawless with their customer support throughout, and kindly sent alternative options for fitting the lever guard to the bike, free or charge. A personal thanks to Carl Golds who has been dealing with this from the outset. Carl has been outstanding with their communication with me, and has advised me on issue I was having to resolve the problem at hand. I've been using R&G for protection items such as frame slider and case guards. Time and time again, these items have protected my bike from my natural ability to low side everywhere (smile). The team at R&G is always very helpful and fast with delivery anywhere in the world, in my case, the US.

Carl at R&G is very knowledgeable about bike models and what should fit. I've have shopped with them many years, buying products for a range of very different bikes. The products have lasted well. And importantly excellent customer service and the ability to return items without issue has meant that I always go direct to R&G for my initial inquiries rather than 3rd party retailers.
