Can i start of by saying i have bought lots of motorcycle crash protection for various bikes over the years mostly R&G and another big U.K name. I must admit i moved away from R&G because although i never had any issues with there products or fingers crossed had to test them i preferred the finish and look of the other brand.

However recently i purchased a bike that already had R&G products fitted, some of the parts were a little shabby and rather than buying all new kits i dropped Carl an email in sales to see could i buy individual parts. He got me the replacement parts i needed with no issue’s, answered any questions i asked with quick response time and couldn't have been anymore helpful.

There is a lot to be said for good customer service and based on this experience i would gladly buy and recommended R&G products going forward. Thanks again Carl for your help 👍🏻

Great experience dealing with R&G

Very professional and patient staff who worked with me to troubleshoot and rectify the issue I was having and replacement parts sent out.

Great products too.

I ordered some crash bungs on the site, it looked like it didn't complete, it never took my money, so i ordered them again and ended up with two orders, although only one payment.
They could not be more helpful and when i asked if they could make sure they turned up in time for the weekend, they turned up Thursday morning, very nice!

Speaking to a sales team member made ordering this part excellent, delivery very quick

I would like to say a massive thank you too Carl at R&G,
I wanted to replace my white crash protectors to black and having a look about on line could only find the full kit but didn’t need the fixing kit,
After sending an email to Carl he was extremely helpful and provided me with a quote for just the bobbins at a better price than I was expecting.
Ordered that day and arrived the fallowing afternoon.

The staff were very accomodating with my persistent questions around getting an exhaust protector for my SDR

I needed a replacement barkbuster spine, spoke to Carl at R&G on Friday, spine turned up Saturday.
Really helpful chap. Very fast service.
Also I had R&G's front axle sliders fitted. These worked a treat when the tenere 700 hit the concrete floor very hard.
