Very happy with RGM, both with the removal of spray foam and later the installation of loft floor insulation.
They were hard working, punctual and a pleasure to have around.

Phoned in morning with a leak problem from my kitchen fan, within 2hrs Kev was at the door to fix the problem, which was a sealant problem outside on the grill. Job completed this was a excellent service from RGM

A fantastic installation for my dads new heating and loft insulation, the team put out all the stops to get my dad up & running again so he could have a warm and safe house, which he didnt have before, and it was all done in a day which meant my dad wasnt inconvenienced in any way, as he is disabled and has Dementia.
Went back home to see that the team had put everything back to how it was before the install, even plumbed his washing machine back in, old system and boxes from install all taken away leaving the house spotless. Brilliant bunch of people, workmanship fantastic.

They let me know in advance exactly when they were going to arrive, explained exactly what they were going to do, and then set about it with no fuss and no bother. RGM installed underfloor insulation for us, using the (very limited!) crawl space under our floorboards, so they didn't need to take them up. There was a slight issue with one part of the work, and the instant they were made aware of it they leapt into action and sorted it out. We felt they take a real pride in their work, and they built an excellent relationship with us as their customers. I highly recommend them.

Very friendly engineers, nothing was too much trouble. They fitted the part I needed and once when a low pressure alarm came up on my boiler, the team dispatched someone that day to pop round and top it up for me. Great service, I would highly recommend!
