I have been insured with RH for a number of years fo both classic and modern cars. Yesterday I visited a local classic car show and my old Wolseley 1500 conked out and could not be restarted. I rang RH breakdown service and got an immediate and super efficient response. Within half an hour a recovery truck arrived and my car was loaded on and it and I were transported to my home. As I live down a farm track the car had to be off loaded a couple of hundred yards short due to a tight bend the truck could not get round. The driver then pushed me and the car the rest of the way partly up hill. What a service, it couldn't be bettered!
Furthermore I have always had great telephone service for renewals etc - human beings, no robot rubbish!

I was helped today by Caitlin Minton. She was very professional and courteous throughout and I would have no hesitation in recommending her and indeed RH Insurance to any owner of a classic car.

Amy Woods was friendly, polite & efficient. I was wavering due to the higher premium level compared to some RH competitors. However, Amy's professionalism encouraged me to renew for yet another year. I decided RH's people, service & better cover for my Triumph Stag warrant the higher premium. My research failed to find ANY competitor offering salvage terms anywhere near as good as RH. Some other elements of the cover are superior too. TIP: Beware that cheaper options are offering like-for-like cover, in my experience, they are NOT. So, you could lose-out substantially in a claim situation - all to save a few pounds on the premium. Thanks Amy.
