The more info you give, price gets better. There are little tips and information points which I liked. It's simple to use and you have the option to call for purchasing the insurance; I am assuming this is not charged extra but it's for convinience and for people who are hesitant using their debit card online. They use a safe payment method linking for approval on your banking app. Wasn't as difficult as I thought it might be.

I cannot rate this company highley enough and in particular the Agent Catherine. I called to report the passing of a client and asked to transfer the car insurance to the deceased partner who, emotionaly, was not able to make the call. Once we went through the security, the problem was dealt with swiftly, proffessionaly and compassionately. Catherine spoke clearly and explained every step as she went through the transfer. Great Job. When my insurance is due I would certainly consider RIAS for mine.

I have had an incorrect bill. I cannot see why I have been charged what I have. I have attempted contact (I cannot call) and would really appreciate human contact via email to resolve the issue

I spoke to an RIAS representative by phone, waited 5 minutes no more. Pleasantly surprised by the helpful attitude, considerably better than any other company I had approached for a new car insurance. Even more so that it wasn't a Bot.
