My initial enquiries to Fustle…
My initial enquiries to Fustle (Alistair) were met with quick and useful responses. He was very engaged from the start and made it easy for me to test ride the bikes and choose the best size. He also offered useful advice based on the type of rising I expect to be doing. Having ordered a Fustle, there is a slight delay in obtaining the bike due to delivery but he has made the ordering process painless. I would highly recommend this company who clearly love bikes and seek offer a top-notch, personal experience for their customers.

Ordered 3 pairs of Fustle socks and collected them from Alastair during the arranged group ride 2 days later. Socks are great. Lovely colours, very comfortable and warm. Would highly recommend.

Amazing product and service!…
Amazing customer service from initial enquiry to delivery of product. My experience was no less than superb. Any questions I had were answered with Alastair going above and beyond to help me choose the correct bike for my needs. I highly recommend Fustle! The bike is awesome as well.

When I was looking to purchase a gravel bike. The fact that Fustle is a Northern Irish company was a massive draw. I took one of the demo bikes for a weekend and instantly loved it. The team at Fustle are amazing and go to great lengths to ensure that your customer experiance is second to none. The fact that the bike is amazing and so capable of doing whatever you throw at it is a bonus.

Excellent service
I don't think I have dealt with a better bike company, very quick to respond to some questions I had and I was able to change my order at the last minute without any problems, frame arrived very quickly and was well packaged and with some small parts I wasn't expecting (bar tape, expander plug) quality of the frame is very good and I'm looking forward to getting it built up and riding it
