I was on vacation and I needed a taxi order. I payed the 0.5 euro tax for one use , the taxi never came. After 2 days I been charged 50 euros even though I didn’t agree to any of that. I been writing emails, tried calling, but all was in vein. I want a refund asap!!! Please don’t use this website!!!

Charged EUR 49.90 after a EUR 0.50 payment
I made a one-time payment of EUR 0.50 on Ridlyy. A few days later I was charged EUR 49.90 on the same card, even though I never agreed to any subscription or recurring payment, and nothing clearly told me further charges would follow.
I have contacted Ridlyy asking for a refund and cancellation, and I am still waiting for a resolution. Judging by the many similar reviews here, this is not an isolated case.
If you are asked to pay a small amount on this site, check carefully whether you are being signed up for a recurring charge, and monitor your card statement afterwards.

This website pretends to be a taxi service, looks legit, takes a .50euro charge for booking the taxi and no taxi is ever sent.
A few days later they try to charge a much bigger amount.
Avoid like the plague and report the website as a scam site.

I tried to book a taxi transfer in Palma de Mallorca through Ridlyy and paid what was advertised as a €0.50 booking fee. The booking was never confirmed and I had to cancel it - the status in my account shows "Cancelled". There was no mention anywhere in the process that this would enrol me in a subscription.
Two days later, without any notice, Ridlyy charged €49.90 to my card for a "Monthly Subscription" I never knowingly signed up for. I logged in, found an active subscription I never agreed to, and clicked "Cancel Subscription". I received a cancellation confirmation by email, but the account still shows the plan as "Active" with another €49.90 due the following month.
I sent a written refund request citing their own terms, which require advance notice before auto-renewal - notice I never received - but have had no response. This looks like a classic subscription trap: a tiny upfront fee for a service that fails, followed by a hidden recurring charge that's hard to actually cancel. I'm now filing a chargeback with my bank. Avoid.

Company charged £0.50 to prebook a taxi. The taxi never showed up so I cancelled it. The next day the fraud team from my bank contacted me to tell me they had tried to take £39.90 from my card!! I never even got into a taxi and the journey would not have cost that much anyway. Scam!!!
