Great choice and delivery service. Been searching for a repeat of these slip on trainers since I completely wore out the old pair. Super comfortable and good description of sizing and width sizing too, thanks.

So, I purchased a pair of Rieker Boots as I was told the brand is very reputable
5 months of approximate 10 hours of use per week the boots are failing in multiple areas, disgraceful

Given the level of use described over a 5-month period, some wear over time can be expected depending on conditions and frequency of wear. However, we do take concerns about premature deterioration seriously.

Such a shame NOT built to last
They look great and feel great to wear. They just haven't lasted. They were purchased at the end of December and the sole has come off along with the top layer of leather. Such a shame I had high hopes for these shoes.

A sole coming away from the upper and surface layer separation is not the standard we would expect, and we take concerns like this seriously.
In order for us to look into this further, please could you provide clear photographs of the affected areas along with your order or receipt details. Once received, we will be able to review the matter and advise on the next steps.

I bought a pair of boots in November and they were exactly what I was looking for, warm and comfortable. I wore them all through December and half of January but unfortunately they have holes in the heels. I expected them to last longer. I wouldn't buy them again.

Bring back shops!
The service, supply and returns, was very good as were the shoes.
The problem for me has been understanding G, G.5 and H width fittings from the website. Not all shoes are made in all widths so it took time, effort & resources to get to know this by trial and error as shoes came and went.
Give me a shop any day!
