I had a very good experience at Right Tiles, Isleworth. The showrom has an excellent range of tiles in different styles, sizes and finishes.
Ashish and Saquib were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to explain all the options clearly and offered helpful advice based on my space and requirements, without any pressure to rush the decision.

Zarak was great and helped us pick the right tiles. We are very happy with the selection and it turned out great. Would recommend to others.

I ordered my downstairs floor tiles from the Croydon branch. Everyone in there is very helpful and friendly. The way the tiles are displayed is excellent and makes it easy to browse the different designs. When my order arrived unfortunately 2 of the tiles were broken. They immediately replaced the tiles and threw in a bag of grout for my trouble. I returned a few weeks later to order my bathroom tiles from them. I’m very happy to recommend this tile shop!

I went to the croydon shop and bought tiles for my renovation project. They have a good range of tiles at a reasonable price.

The staffs are also very friendly, the only thing I will complain is they do not have stock and have to order from the factory, which could take some time. But this is generally not a problem if you plan ahead.

5 star service from a 5 star team. Having completed my house renovation project this summer I used Right tiles in Isleworth for my hallway, kitchen, bathrooms and outdoor patio and garden area. Their quality and range of tiles together with their price is unmatched but most of all their help and service made for a very smooth and enjoyable experience. I have since introduced them to family members who have complimented our completed work and they too are now receiving the same level of service and are very happy indeed. Prices are good, Saqib is very helpful. One negative point was that any replacement tiles for the broken ones will have to be picked up from the store. Good overall experience.

I went to the Hanworth/Feltham branch to purchase a large amount of tiles, I was confused which tiles to get as there are so many designs and colours to choose from. However the sales person named Parth helped me choose the perfect tiles for my kitchen and living room project, I explained to Mr Parth that I require colours to match my kitchen and living room colours, he showed me various designs and I selected the Spanish tiles for my project, thank you Mr Parth for helping me choose the right tiles and your great service.
