Like most of the reviews here the whole RigKing operation seems like a scam. Ordered in April, had no updates and constantly had to chase. Was told order had been "shipped" but they provided no tracking. Eventually asked for my money back but was told "sorry we can't as the orders been shipped" (clearly a lie).

So I went through the fraud department of my bank to get my money back.

Appalling, save your time and money buy the bands elsewhere.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. Read there other reviews here, soooo many people with the same experience. In my case, I gave Rigking chance after chance, but after such a significant wait period (2 months and I still don’t have what I ordered) and lack of communication from them. I asked for my money back. Needless to say that was 2 weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything from them. Shame, as it looks a good product, great ad on YouTube from reputable fitness icon, just shocking shocking service (partly COVID19 related of course, but mainly just due to not communicating with customers enough and not being able to deliver on goods).

Terrible!!!! Nothing but a scam I have been waiting 2 months and nothing!! They don’t reply and now the customer support email is disabled! Please don’t buy from them ever!!!!

Ordered them start of May. Recieved 2 correspondances from their 'customer service' departement, boith times saying that the order has been recieved and processed. 3rd time, the email address had been deleted. The site enquiry section has yielded no replies after over a week of waiting. They're an absolute joke.

Ordered months ago. No response to any queries and due to COVID on their website the phone number is unavailable. How convenient. So disappointed. Thrown money at what looks like a scam.no replies either to my emails

Still waiting on my order the customer service is poxy terrible every time I emailed them they wouldn't even email back still trying to connect them and the email address is disconnected I have never been so pissed off with a company or what every they are in my life not happy at all do not buy from these scammers

If I could put zero stars I would...
I bought these at the start of lockdown to be able to exercise at home as many others would have.
Still not recieved and any emails were replied to as them saying they've been dispatched... clearly bullsh!t.
Also I asked why the payment went through the Tibu nightclub in tenerife..
They said that was one of their companies..
The email address I was contacting them through is disconnected.
Scumbags don't go near their product.. I'm going to go through PayPal to see if I can get my money back..

Much of the same experience for me.. waited 7 weeks now and still no product! Multiple emails to the company with no reply. Currently in the process of getting my money back with PayPal. AVOID THESE LOT!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I jumped on the resistance band wagon (pardon the pun) but was less than impressed with the product, the time it took to receive the product and the customer service from Rig King.

Took over 6 weeks to be delivered and upon the first use the door toggle immediately snapped and smacked me in the back of the head leaving a nice lump.

In the end I got a refund after a month long case through PayPal as Rig King would not response to me directly and Rig King didn't even respond to PayPal so my claim was successful.

Basically a huge waste of time and a bit of physical pain.

Terrible. Much like other reviews I was waiting for months for these to arrive. 3 months longer than estimated and when I asked for a refund I was told it wouldn't be possible because they had already been shipped - it was another two months before they arrived. And when they did arrive one of the bands snapped on my 2nd time using them.

As per many, many, many other experiences i ordered in April and have had no product arrive. A few email exchanges where they didnt answer any of my queries and clearly took my money with no intent of sending me anything.

I raised a complaint with PayPal and as per their process, i am getting my money back now as the seller did not respond to their check. So if you used paypal too, get your case in ASAP!

Ordered 7 May. Still no produce. Do NOT order from these cowboys.

These people are scammers, I found this out after i purchased resistance bands from them, three months later I'm still waiting.

I ordered on 10th April and nothing has arrived. I had response saying it was the delivery companies fault which is obviously rubbish. No response to a follow up email. They must have made so much money with people wanting to work out from home, disgraceful!

I saw an advertisement for this back in May which featured Chris Heria. It was on one of my mobile games and I thought why not...
I'm still waiting, I have not heard nothing from them even though I have emailed them.

Like many people on here, I’ve been scammed. I ordered back in April, not received anything, emailed and asked for a refund, but nothing other than automated replies. So after seeing all the reviews end of May, I opened a case with PayPal and PayPal emailed me back yesterday saying they’ve refunded. My advice to everyone that has paid with PayPal, open a case with them and PayPal will refund you

I wrote a review on the 1st June and wanted to up-date as despite continuous attempts to get the information I am no further forward. This has now been going on for 3 months. I keep receiving the same cut a pasted reply and te promise that 'tracking information will be sent from their shipping department and nothing comes. I ask again and then he send the same reply.... he can't even be bothered to tailor his response or apologise.

I will continue to post on here to make sure everyone know not to use this company. 1 star is too good a review.

I ordered an item on the 5th May 20 but I asked to cancel the order as I no longer required it & they said they would issue me with a refund but I have emailed several times & I still haven’t got a refund. AVOID

Terrible. As with all the below comments, ordered in April still have not received.
Non existent customer service.
It’s a disgrace, do not buy from them!

Do not order from them. The goods never come, straight scam.
