Me and my fat lardy mate ordered these weeks ago. We're so dumb that we didn't see this coming. We've been banging on to our mates at how ripped up and jacked we're going to get, but I'm still a wee ginger troll and he's a walking tub of buttery mess.

Ordered 16th April, due 22nd. Never arrived, sent numerous emails with generic responses with no update. Sent me tracking for my parcel which doesn’t work and says the parcel is still in China, they refuse to issue a refund even though it has been over a month since my order was due. Avoid buying anything from this company!!!!!

Please everyone, report this company to trading standards. The more people that do it, the more likely we’ll save others from being scammed.

BEEN WAITING FOR MY TRACKING ORDER FOR OVER 4 WEEKS NOW.. THEY KEEP ON SAYING THERE WAITING FROM THE COMPANY TO SEND OVER TRACKING DETAILS TO THEM SO THEY CAN SEND OVER TO ME!!

PEOPLE PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BUYING THERE STUFF! USELESS COMPANY IF THERE EVEN IS ONE!!

SCAM! Avoid this company at all costs. Much like the recent of the reviews you will see, I would suggest avoiding this company. The customer service is appalling and they have not once answered a question I have sent them. All they do is copy and paste the same answer over and over. Please avoid this company and save your money

I ordered mine towards the end of March (just after lockdown) and like everybody else thought I'd been scammed as time went on. I got all the usual replies that everybody else mentions and also resigned myself to trying to get my money back through Paypal. Then out of the blue they turned up yesterday. The bands are from China and are probably of the quality we were all trying to avoid in the first place i.e. the cheap looking ones. I have used them and I suppose they do what they say on the tin, so I can't complain about the bands just the amount of time it took to get them. This is obviously somebody taking orders and using a company in China to fulfil those orders having taken his mark-up!
I will never use this company again, but hang in there, you might just get a surprise like I did.
P.S. just for the record, I'm not a friend or relation and I don't normally write reviews, I'm just trying to give you a glimmer of hope your bands might arrive one day out of the blue.

One star is too good for these scammers. Just get generic emails from them saying it’s been shipped and won’t refund my money. They said return the item for a refund !!! Ordered 3rd April....... still waiting. I’ve left reviews on rigkings website, what a surprise it doesn’t appear. They only have possible reviews showing.

An absolute disgrace of a company(if that thing even exists)!!! Ordered those resistance bands since the 31st of March and they never showed up! Requested a refund and nothing has been done!

Ordered the resistance band set a month ago and haven’t received anything despite me sending emails asking for updates on my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! They will take your money and give you nothing in return

As previous people have mentioned, I have become subject to a scam.

Ordered early April, still no delivery.

Every time I try and contact them, I get a generic email thanking me for the request.

STAY AWAY HUGE SCAM and will not be getting my money back

As pretty much everyone here I became subject to a SCAM. I've placed my order ages ago (02.04.20). At the time of purchase it said on their website that deliveries weren't effected by COVID-19 and will take 3 to 7 working days. That information was highlighted in bold. Apparently item was in stock as well. Elsewhere waiting time was 3 to 4 weeks so that was the only reason I've decided to order from them. I had to wait a month to even receive dispatch information. It turned out order was shipped from China (SURPRISE anther lie, item wasn't in stock) and may take up to 4 weeks. Link to track the shipping of course wasn't working. Waited patiently 4 weeks but after receiving no item or further communication I've requested a refund. In response I've received another generic email where they wouldn't even bother to acknowledge my request. Stay away!!! Save yourself time and money!!!

Please do not order from them. I have made a grave mistake by not checking the reviews before ordering from these guys. Over 2 months and i still dont have my product.

I ordered and started getting really scared when reading these reviews so emailed them and they didn’t reply so was planning on refunding but they arrived today. So apart from a slight mishap in communication if you are patient they will active and they are brilliant quality 👍❤️

Utter Scam, ordered in early May. Received a confirmation with order reference, and in spite of several emails (Thank you for raising this..bla bla bla)..... nothing.
Advertised as a UK Company, paypal money was sent to Tenerife, order is (apparently) being despatched from China...although several weeks later it has not been despatched.
Avoid Avoid Avoid and please report, their website is still active, and they are still advertising on social media..................

Fairly obvious after reading the below that I am not the only person to be scammed by this. Luckily I paid on a credit card and can get a refund.

I will also be leaving a Shopify review as the site it held on their platform; hopefully people will follow suite and help get these scum bags shut down.

What a scam, orded begining of April and still not received any thing, didn't even receive a tracking number. The replys are just generic and don't actually answer any questions

100% scam, do not buy anything from these people! Ordered item beginning of April and not received anything. I have been sending emails every other day and only receive a generic response that doesn't even answer the questions I have asked! They won't give me their complaints procedure. Going to report them to action fraud and contact my bank today.

To all who have been scammed and not already done so:

Call you bank and ask to be connected to their Fraud team
Provide them with the mrchant name (RigKing), date of purchase, amount of purchase, and inform them that no order confirmation email of shipping dispatch emails have been received since purchase, nor any legitimate email correspondence relating to any email enquiries with exception of a generic response they seem to send to any email enquiry, whether to current or prospective customers.
The Fraud team will raise a merchant dispute against RigKing and you should be refunded your money back into your account by the bank
The more merchant disputes the company receives, the better

Also, please report this to Action Fraud (if in UK, otherwise, see other organisations such as Internet Crime Complaint Centre etc.) by doing the following:

Visit Action Fraud (Google them) and click on Report in the top left-hand corner
You can either Sign Up to follow progress of your report or Continue as Guest
Select following options on each page: I am A Victim > Buying/Selling > Online Shopping or an Auction
The report will help others being defrauded and hopefull close down their scam operations

They may not have taken much money, but it quickly adds up with every victim they get. Let's do something about it, because we can and it's not acceptable for them to exploit the situation we are all.
