This is my first time booking a tour and I’ve heard good things regarding Ritz Tours. They are definitely a five star travel agency. From the tour guides, to the hotels, and all meals was excellent. I highly recommend Ritz tours if you want a first class experience.

This was my third Ritz tour, and Ritz NEVER disappoints!!
Jean Yang, our tour guide for "The Wonders of China" was totally phenomenal!!! Not only was Jean professional and knowledgeable but also responsible and courteous. Jean did not let anyone out of her sight. Jean was with us even when we were with local guides!!Jean made us all feel we were a family!!
We even learned so much about Chinese history and culture during our bus rides. Jean took us through VIP ticket lines and even checked us in at airports and train stations!! How cool is that??
Being in a foreign country not being able to read signs or verbally communicate can be overwhelming.
Rest assured, this does not happen when you are in Jean's hands. Jean ALWAYS EXCEEDS expectations!!

Finally, "The Wonders of China Tour" is AMAZING!! The views are spectacular leaving you breathlessly floating in the clouds!! You will feel as though you are live in the center of a Chinese landscape painting!!

Lillian set up a great tour for us. We wanted to experience the great food in Guangzhou and that we did! We also got to see the surrounding cities in Guangdong with a great guide and driver and taste the specialty dishes in each area. It was a great trip! Thank you Lillian and Ritz!

The tour around Taiwan was good with the exception of the hotel selection on some of the days. The highlight was the tour and hotel for Sun Moon Lake. The hotel Fleur de Chine was very good. It would be better if the room selection was more accommodating. The hotel on the final day in Taipei was bad at best. It is supposedly be a hot spring hotel. The hot spring tub was on the balcony of the room. The cleanliness of that tub was horrible. Not good at all.

We also had a poor experience with Olga. She was difficult to get in touch with and not very helpful when we did. Lillian was more helpful. We decided to go two days early and had trouble getting confirmation re: the hotel reservation. Then there was no information upon arrival as to how to connect with the group. It was only by chance that we ran into someone in the lobby the night before that we learned where and when to meet.

Lillian, our tour manager, was outstanding in her prompt, detailed emails responding to our questions. We were so pleased that she even wrote back during her vacation! Izumi, our Best of Japan tour guide, was very caring and organized. She compiled a notebook of pictures and facts that made the bus rides very enjoyable and informative. For example, she had written Japanese words for us to know their origins from drawings - so interesting! The daily tours were a great combination of historical and modern sites, and the hotels were excellent in their location and amenities, including abundant breakfasts. My family has travelled with Ritz Tours in the past and will happily continue in the future!

Each day was well organized and the staff assigned as drivers were very knowledgeable. The representative for the tour operator was always available to address any issues. Overall, Ritz Tours put together an excellent trip and would recommend them to anyone looking to do any size group. Thank you May from Ritz Tours.

My disappointment was with Your (Ritz Tours) representative, Olga Reynolds, who was assigned to our group for the booking. For Example, she was not available when called; and seemed be irritated when asked a question about details. She did not provide call backs, someone in our group would have to keep calling her. The requirements for arrival day and transfer was not explained. The poor service I received from Ms. Reynolds discouraged me to the point that I have decided to not recommend or utilize your travel company in the future.
On a positive NOTE:
The hotel selections were wonderful I enjoyed the room, amenities and location for each city and booking. The tour guide "Pattanavadee" was one of the most professional guides that I have ever worked with. She was very knowledgeable of the culture and the history of each city we visited. She made herself consistently available, even during the evenings that did not have an excursion planned. the excursions were enjoyed tremendously.

We had a great experience with the agent at Ritz, who was very responsive. The tour guides were excellent—helpful, knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable.

First - a shout out to Lillian Li for providing great service with our special needs with hotel accommodations and stops on this tour for our group! Our tour guides in both countries were excellent and extremely helpful, especially Dom in Vietnam who helped us retrieve some left behind items at one of our hotels. Our tour guides were well informed and very entertaining enabling us to learn and experience the culture and wonderful foods of Vietnam and Taiwan. The 5-star hotels were unbelievable - amazing breakfast buffets and excellent location to shopping centers and night markets. Highly recommend using Ritz Tours for your travel plans.

6 of us have a great time around the island of Taiwan. Ritz tours rep. Lilian did the good job. also the 7 days around the island was very enjoyable. We also stayed at two hotels. the Regent Hotel is the best, the breakfast buffet was superb good.

Wonderful customer service from the beginning planning stage to the end of the trip. Great hotels and a fantastic tour manager. The itinerary was great.

I have been a longtime customer of Ritz and they again did not disappoint. Even though Ritz technically doesn't organize its own Taiwan tour, it does offer this Taiwan round island tour via a local travel agency which offered everything that my family wanted for our first trip to Taiwan. We covered many of the major cities and sights including Taipei, Sun Moon Lake, Tainan, Kaohsiung, Kenting National Park, Taitung and the East Coast Scenic Area, Hualien, and Jiaoxi. Most of the hotels were 5 stars, except for the one in Taipei though it was centrally located by a major train station and close to night markets including Ximending and Ningxia. As expected, the food and night markets in Taiwan were excellent! The local tour guide for the entire island, Michael Ma, was also very good and fluent in English. Of note the tour does combine other tourists from various hotels in Taipei together for the 5days/4nights round island part. We also extended our trip to Hong Kong-Macau-Shenzhen, though those cities were self organized. So, overall, wonderful family trip!

The Trip was great, The Guide Patty was excellent. She was very helpful as well as going above & beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable trip. She was warm, professional and excellent caring hospitality.

Now the travel agent I dealt with preparing and planning trip, Olga Reynoso, Ritz Tours had terrible customer service. When she was presentative with a problem or issues or just information, It would take her weeks to respond or would not respond at all to emails etc. She was not helpful at all.

I would try Ritz Tours in the future, but I will not utilize or contact Olga Reynoso at Ritz Tours. Will have to use someone different, than if I receive the same results/treatment I will not use Ritz Tours for any future travels.

It was a wonderful tour with great meals and lovely hotels. Our Tour guide Davis was awesome. He was very helpful with our group, which most of us were Senior Citizens. He took care of us liked we were his family. Very VIP. He organized the tours very well. Davis and this tour was the best one that I had. A very memorable tour. Thank you very much Davis for your excellent service and Ritz Tour in our private tour.

Clear, concise and provided what we needed, when we needed. Clients happy too. Tour operated as a small group which was wonderful!

Everything was well planned and well executed.

We were picked up at the airport as promised. The driver was polite and professional. He handed us over to the hotel staff who were excellent. Keiko the guide was with us everyday and took excellent care of the group. We had an early flight the last day of the tour, and Keiko saw us off and made sure that we got on the right bus to the airport. We felt that we were taken care of the entire trip, from beginning to end.

Lillian and Davis created our tour a memorable and amazing experience. The travel accommodation treated us like VIP! Highly recommend this tour company for travel!

They think of everything and their guides are the best.
