I suggest that you provide a receipt to the costumer without them having to ask and that you explain any warranty that comes with the purchase to them in

Thanks so much for updating your review to help us improve. I'm not sure why the paper reciept wasn't in the box. You should have recieved an automated email reciept which I have re-sent now, perhaps it went in to your spam ? The bike has a standard warranty ( 1 year) and we will look at normalising out warranty info on all the bikes that we sell. We very much welcome pre-purchase contact with our customers, and equally a continuing relationship with them, so thanks once again for editing the review in such a way that it will help us to continue to improve. Excellent service, quick delivery, unfortunately The Sidi Road shoes were too small. Returned them with no problem and refund was quickly returned. Can fully recommend RMC and will be buying other items as required..

Outstanding service, the wrong part was dispatched in error - no issues, correct part sent next day no issues at all - just in time for a weekend MTB'ing.

Went above and beyond
Went above and beyond. They noticed a scratch on the bike we had bought. They called and sent photos, repaired the scratch, offered a further discount and upgraded the bar tape. My daughter was delighted with the bike and the scratch hardly noticeable after the repair. Really helpful, honest and great value.

We're sorry that you mis-understood the full details of the listing. We did speak to you and offered to send you a D-fuse seatpost instead of the dropper post which is standard spec. At no point does the listing say that the bikes come with two seatposts, Our owner is still keen to resolve this to your satisfaction and if you would be kind enough to take his call we feel sure we can have another happy customer.

Fantastic. No other word can describe the experience of dealing with RM Cycles. I ordered a bike online and everything about the experience was fantastic. The bike arrived extremely well pacakged with ample protection. It had clearly been thoroughly checked (it was a used bike) and reassembled professionally. I’m honestly more than happy with the bike and the service.

I ordered a dropper post for my gravel…
I ordered a dropper post for my gravel bike late on Friday afternoon (yesterday) and didn’t expect it to be sent out until Monday for Tuesday delivery. Imagine my surprise when it was delivered before 11am on Saturday (today). Super fast delivery, cracking value and a great website. Highly recommended.

Ordered on-line
Ordered on-line, shipped the bike within a couple of days. Was kept up to date on my order and was informed when it was despatched. Bike went through their workshop and was dispatched in a box. I only had to fit the handle bars and front wheel. Good service very happy with the bike
