Denise did a great job
Denise did a great job. She arrived a little early, so we started early. She was very organized and professional. She had all the paperwork. This was not her issue, some of the paper work had not been updated at Rocket. I had questions based on what I reviewed the day before online. She connected us to a closing specialist to get the questions answered. The only reason I did not give a 5 Star is the misalignment of the documents online. I have worked with Rocket numerous times over the years. I never recall the documents being misaligned.
