Everything went smoothly no issues

It was a smooth and easy process except that we were expected to forward all payoffs on our own. It was time consuming and difficult to locate some of the information. We thought they would do the payoffs on our behalf.

It was a great service, and the online experience was excellent.

Online closing was less than desirable. It was difficult to hear my signing agent as there was another agent in the same small room and talking at the same time. I could clearly hear her conversation as well.

The presented closing documents could not be read entirely online vs being in-person and having the entire document in front of me. The signing agent quickly scrolled through each doc and just stopped where I needed to sign. Fortunately I had viewed each document in detail prior to the online closing.

The people involved were very knowledgeable and well prepared. They answered all the questions that I had with appropriate answers. The closing lasted a short period of time and went well.

She was professional as well as warm and friendly. Made the process quick and easy.

Jake did an amazing job returning calls and making sure everything was covered. Always polite and helpful.

Elizabeth the Notary was also extremely helpful and kept in touch to make sure everything went smoothly.

These Rocket team members are unheard-of nowadays, very communicative and quick with responses. 1st time home buyer and it was SO user friendly.. honestly can't wait until my next big purchase/loan. Because I know it'll be a breeze as this one.. GREAT JOB,

I was nervous about an online closing, but this could not have been more accommodating and smoother of a closing. i was able to pre-sign documents before closing and then the notary joined online to finish the ones that needed to be notarized. Rocket mortgage was great to work with from beginning to end.

Easy process from beginning to end. Everything was done online and user friendly. The only knock I would say is you never hear again from the initial rep once they have you in their system and the process has started. Would have been nice of him(Chris Coullard) to check in and see if we had any questions or to just make sure we were comfortable with the process. Maybe send a thank you card in the mail or a small token of appreciation considering how much commission they make. Just a thought.
