Everyone was on time, and efficient with our closing.

This was the most straightforward and efficient experience we've ever had with a mortgage application. Our loan officer informed us correctly about each step and everything took place when and how he said it would. He answered each question we had quickly and correctly. I can't imagine a better experience.

They were very helpful in getting all documents to me in a timely manner. Explained anything I asked. And they always answered emails very quickly. I really appreciate them for helping close on the house

The agent quoted me false information my requests were not followed and following his request I made a payment to my previous mortgage and I'm now waiting for a reimbursement

The advisor was very nice and patient help us get through the things that we couldn’t get through. Took a time with us made us feel comfortable gave us all the details that we needed so that we can make a good decision. She was very nice.

Easy and Seamless

I disliked the fact that my credit report was pulled twice in less than 30 days. I had previously refinanced with rocket 8 months prior and didn't have to go through this. I had a close date and was not notified that my closing date and other info had changed. I only found this out 30 minutes prior too closing and I had to call rocket. And my wife got up early prior too going to work so we could close. We both Were not happy at all. Horrible experience. Also 1 customer service rep was rude. Didn't like her at all. While other reps was very knowledgeable and understanding of my frustration and had excellent customer service.

Rocket Mortgage, Title and Closing were very good with one or two exceptions, which were: (1)I ended up using a different password online for Mortgage and Closing and when trying to sign agreements online often my passwords were not recognized. (2) The agents we worked with were polite and professional, but it was sometimes difficult to call or email them back when passwords were not working. (3) Right before closing on the sale of our home I received a phone call from Rocket Mortgage pertaining to property taxes being escrowed, however I get so many junk phone calls I didn’t know it was Rocket Mortgage. It would help greatly if when agents call the call would identify it from Rocket Mortgage. In the end everything worked out great.

The closing issues presented an obstacle. Our loan involve payoffs to a dozen or more creditors. When Rocket prepares the checks, delivers them to us, for assignment to the creditors it involves a lot of cross referencing. We did not have paper stubs to add the requested details. It might have been more efficient to have Rocket pay these directly.

Everyone was on point and great to work with. They were concise and got it all done quickly.

The whole team was on top of everything for me. I think we went contract to close in 3 weeks!

Everything went well a mix up initially with the notary but he came on Sunday and took care of everything.
