I paid on November 23 and have been messaging them every 2-4 days since and have yet to receive my service. It is now over a month later, and they do not respond nor handle the issue.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been trying to get them to cancel my membership for over a month with countless emails and chat requests and I have had ZERO response from them. I had to cancel my debit card to prevent future charges. Trashy business.

First of all their website is a carbon copy of another site called “nitreo”, a Instagram growth company but not related. I strongly suspect many of the reviews given here are paid reviews or reviews by someone within the company. I say this because many reviewers mentions “great customer service” and to date, I have not received a single person from this company to call, chat online or email me back with my questions. That tells me something is wrong with reviews boasting “customer service”. I paid $99 to get 9000 followers and received just 1500 and the quality of follows are not what you expect. There is a pattern you will notice with these followers. You can see they all have just a dozen followers themselves and follows thousands and some even shares same pics . But if the number of followers are what you looking for then you will be happy. I tried to get someone to respond to my cancellation for almost 4 weeks. I tried to chat with someone through their own messenger (as suggested by the company cancellation page) and send email request to cancel. There was no response and my card is continued to be charged $99. I have no choice but to cancel my card now to prevent future fraudulent charges by these guys. I never leave negative reviews unless I feel it’s a fraudulent product or false claim.

FTW! This service rules! No questions asked, no strings attached–got my Instagram account to the top in no time!

This is a scam. Rocker social provided absolutely no service ,they did absolutely nothing , I canceled them after 2 mounts and they keep charging me …

Scam , took my money didn't give me a confirmation email or any kind of email , I requested a refund and they responded in French and still haven't received my refund. It's one damn good scam to fool people but they're some scum people , I hope nothing but bad karma goes their way

Rocket Social is so hands-off it’s unbelievable ! They increased exposure for our band and bring a lot more website visitors come from Instagram. Works very well.

Literally DO YOUR RESEARCH! I wish I read all these reviews first, major scam. and they are horrible with responding to your emails.

Signed up and paid them, it has been a week and still not a single thing has been done. Zero customer service, I have sent 3 emails with no reply and now need a refund. Not a single bit of communication. Terrible

I wish I could do minus stars!! These guys are total scam artists and will ruin you’re Instagram - my Instagram is now tagged and won’t let me like, comment, or follow anyone because the “action is blocked”. Absolutely pathetic.
They also don’t give refunds they just take your money and don’t reply - WARNING DO NOT USE THEM!!!! ⚠️

Waste of $40, this was a total scam, or a company run by lazy morons. I emailed them 10 days in to ask why there hadn’t been improvement in my followers or engagement, and they responded by telling me to give them the IG handles of more of my competitors...um, why? Just trying to piggyback onto the following of other accounts isn't a great way to build a brand. Thank you, next.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! They only just buy accounts from India to follow your business pages when you pay them good money to ACTUALLY do work! Use them at your OWN EXPENSE but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DONT USE THEM!

Yep, total scam, similar to other reviews... they were never able to log in to my account (no other service I've used had this problem). They just stopped responding to my emails. I tried to request a refund since they couldn't do anything, but no answers after many attempts. No phone number to call, no real email to contact (they just communicate through a zendesk helpdesk ticket system). Good news is that I escalated it to Paypal explaining that they did not deliver the product/service and due to their non-responsiveness to Paypal, they refunded my money.

I agree with the other experiences. Absolute SCAM. Stay away from this. Laura tries to convince you that its not their fault that they are not doing anything. But even with great enthusiasm and info ROCKET SOCIAL remains passive and silent. Better throw your money out of the window...

Absolute scam. They take your money and do nothing about it. They don’t respond to emails and they are con-artists. After weeks. Of attempting to access my account they finally got in and whatever they did made Instagram block my account for a few days.

Complete scam. They take your $40 and do not do anything for you. I do not know how paypal allows this company to be a client.

Its a scam, I paid $40 with the expectation of gaining followers (they promise 2500 I didn't even get 10 followers I emailed them no one gets back to me. and today they charge me again!!! How do I report this scam?

So i spoke to laura back and fort through email. 1st the issue the payment was pending and she told me to call the paypal. so i called and paypal told me it will take about 3 or 2 business days for the payment to go through. i told laura and she told me to cancel my program and then re-do the payment. The next day the payment that was pending went through. so now they took my money and also they never help me with my instagram growth because she keep on telling me she send the code to my email link from instagram but i never received them. i check my spam etc. this back and fort message through email has been going on for like 4 days and nothing has been done. Lack of communication with their customer. This is a lie big time. The ads make it seem like they are legit guys. trust me never again. i will put this review everywhere. also, there is another guy name daniel i believed he tell me he send a code but i dont see nothing else. scammer =!!!
