I purchased a one month plan to see if I liked their services. It was an awful experience. All they did was send a bot to like as many profiles as possible. Yes, I gained followers but they ended up being a bunch of creeps and not in anyway my audience. Then to top it all off, I got blocked by Instagram for 3 days to like posts. I am so upset and have cancelled my subscription.

I hired this company. They spammed my account. Ruined my entire IG and my entire IG following. Not only did IG lock me out of my account but when they allowed me to use it again every post was removed. It wouldnt allow me to delete followers.

Zero customer service. Taking my money and ruining my business account. Thanks for nothing

Those comments are robots. Socialrockes is a kind of scam. The take my money every month even if I request a cancellation and no change om my instegram. And the I have a Bill of $40 at month that I cannot cancel. Don't use this company

Rocket Social is a scam. I spent three weeks AFTER I paid for the service trying to work with a rep from Rocket Social to get my account to start working. I would be told every day that I would need a "code" from instagram and that the rep will send me said code. I would never receive a code from instagram and this went on for three weeks straight until it got to the point where I could only assume they were just lying about sending me the code. To prove this, I signed up with Boostfy, another similar service and they sent me the code the day I signed up WITH NO PROBLEM. DO NOT go with Rocket Social, they will take your money and run around in circles with it. This service is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Liars, thieves and rude. They ignored me, my concerns, my desire to cancel and they under delivered by 90%. I got 200 followers when I should have gotten 4,300. They took my money, ignored my request to cancel, and refused to refund me or answer any emails. They also unfollow people and it made people and it made me look shady, when they are the shady ones.

I paid for one week of service. No one logged into my account or did anything for me. Total scam. I contacted them multiple times and requested for them to phone me and never received a call or any service.

I asked for a refund and they said they could not provide a refund but would work on my account for "another week". Nothing happened. I feel totally ripped off.

This has been my experience thus far using Rocket Social:
-Signed up for trial service
-Immediatley my following numbers increased
-My follower numbers were increasing but nothing like how many people I was following
-Trial ended I signed up for services hoping my follower/following ratio would even out
-After paying the 1st $40 through PayPal I was then charged and additional $60 within the same week $100 total
-I emailed the company to cancel my subscription
-Email was "over looked" by Rocket Social meanwhile Paypal is trying to take all these fradulent charges out of my account
-I reported everything to PayPal and I am still dealing with trying to get all these charges dropped!
-After I sent a screen shot of the email asking them to cancel my account they finally did.

I would never use Rocket Social services again and I warn others not to make my same mistake.

*UPDATE* I was able to get a refund from PayPal. I see below RS has replied. They did fight my PayPal dispute and in no way we're they willing to give me a refund.

In the beginning the service was running great. I did get about 2000 followers a month, but then It stop worked and they started again, but I wasn't working like in the beginning. They were unable to unfollow the people they were following. I was paying them other 3 months and wait if something change, but they were just excuses. So I stop working with them.

Within 1 week of this service I got quality traffic to my website and gained customers. I'm using them again. Absolutely 100% satisfied. Thank you sam! You Rock!
