This company should be investigated for deceptive trade practices. They take your money and don't do a thing PLUS they are non-responsive to any requests. I am filing a formal complaint against them with the appropriate organizations. They take advantage of Small Businesses who need this type of service knowing full well they will do nothing. SCAM. DO NOT sign-up for this service.

So they take your money. Then that's it! They don't do anything or even respond to your emails. So don't bother. There are plenty of other companies.

I wish I read those recent reviews before I purchased. I can't comment on their service. They keep telling me after 3 days I have to give them a code that I should have received (I didn't, not even in spam folder).
I tend to believe it's a scam.
Switching to Social Spring Management that a friend is using and is very happy with.

Don't waste your time. There are other services.

Its a scam, I paid $40 with the expectation of gaining followers (they promise 2500 but I would be happy even with a 100 or 200 ) At the end of 2 months I gained only FIVE followers and began to loose the ones I had.

I sent them a lot of emails and tried to get refund but they stopped responding me. Don't waste your money

worked okay for about 3 weeks. then my account progress slowed down for about a week. the next 2-3 weeks my account LOST followers, page views per last 7 days were dropping about 10-20% daily, and i saw no actions as far as them adding and unfollowing accounts.

I reached out to them to see what the issue was and they asked for more specific competitors and offered a "free 5 days of service after we cancel" what a joke that is lol

Let it ride for another week...nothing....still losing progress. Emailed again and got the same response asking for "competitors" when I already answered that a week prior and they acknowledged I answered it.

Unreal !!!

I purchased the most expensive package they have for 3 months now and I have only received a few hundred followers - I have sent 5 emails all with the same response to each email . . They are unhelpful and I have wares 3 months at 79 per month of my money . I am horribly disappointed in the lack of acquisition as well as Clint relations follow up . Waste of time , waste of money - do not buy

This is a scam!!!

As soon i gave them my password they started posting random pictures without my consent!!!! My customers started sending me screen shot asking me why i was posting those pics!!
But the worst is that they said they didn't do anything which is a pure lie ! it was just minutes after I gave them my password. So I changed immediately my password and asked a refund, they refused and stopped answering , they refuse to give me a phone number. I will try to call my CC company because this is Fraud.

In late April I paid for monthly service help grow instagram. 7 days later absolutely no online activity from them - zero - nilch.
FIve days in I sent a concern email to hello@rocketsocial - since there was a claim that they answer in 2 hours- NO RESPONSE. I gave the benefit of doubt for timezone, and waited and extra day, then emailed again and FB MESSAGED the next day--NO RESPONSE. Then the following emailed sales@rocketsocia; with my concern/complaint. No response. Now I have a PAYPAL claim to get my money back I feel scammed.

They followed a porn instagram account in behalf of my fashion business. How old are these kids being paid? I am so furious!

Rocket Social tries to come across as an honest company where they even get you to fill out a survey of what your account interests are, what other accounts you strive to be like, what your followers should be interested in. It's a quick fix to build your following but then I started seeing the kind of people they were following and liking as well as following me?! A bunch of under age kids from third world countries and porn accounts! I was so astonished! I immediately emailed them to deactivate my account as I am a SMALL BUSINESS and that is detrimental to my reputation as well as my clients. I am so disappointed! I would not go with this app. I am disgusted!

Signed up for a 5 day free trial. Was told they couldn't access my account for 3 days. I responded and told them that was fine and to extend my free trial by the amount of days that they couldn't access my account. They told me that would be fine and then on the second day of my free trial, I was charged for a month of over $55 CDN. I responded to their email and explained I was charged and I'm simply being ignored. I changed my password on the 2nd day to ensure they would no longer have access to my account. I emailed them again mentioning I would contact Visa for a charge-back and still no answer. If I would've been given my refund, they could have avoided this and other reviews.

It works and then it doesn’t. If you want to get your account blocked. Use them.

And to top it off, they are very rude — not in person mind you, you can’t call, but via slow email “customer service.”

Avoid the frustration.

There only thing I gained was the need for more time in the day. Because I had to sit for so long, so often and unfollow literally hundreds of random unnecessary and sometimes fake accounts. Gained no following. Actually lost followers once the math is worked out. Crazy that companies are allowed to scam ppl like this. I'm an independent music artist. I do not have $ to waste! Now emailing and messaging for a refund... Ugh! @ShemuwelMusic

Second time I buy. 100% satisfied. 100% safe. Great targeting. In 30 days I went from 570 to 3400 with real organic people who interact with my profile and my music. Thanks the team!

DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I signed up for a free trial, then i got charged the full rate with no free trial.
I went ahead with the service, until I noticed my news feed filled up with random posts from random people they'd followed. All they do is follow and like random people/posts!
I had to go through and unfollow everyone they did, pain in the a**, if you want to follow randoms do it yourself for free!

I signed up for a "free" trial since almost every button on their home page says "start your feel trial now", but as soon as I submitted all of my info they took my money! I emailed customer service wondering why I got charged for a "FREE" trial and all the girl (who ever it was that responded to my email said

We can cancel it, however, as this is a prepaid service, we cannot offer you a refund, in this case I would recommend you to keep using the service for the time that you already paid, would that be fine for you?

Plus! On top of all that scam, they don't even target the right crowd! My account has been following the most random people that probably would never buy the type of clothes I sell in my boutique and ALSO a lot of the accounts that this app has followed are inappropriate IG accounts. Not worth it, idk how this has worked for other people. I'd still love to get my money back, anything is possible whether it be via PayPal, Venmo, or whatever.

Be careful! They will steal your 20$ and all what you’ll get is a message saying that they will get back to you soon when you try to contact them.
