Rock My World Travel Avis 

From start to finish, our experience with Rock My World has been truly excellent. We felt very well looked after throughout. I gave Isobel a list of what we wanted from the holiday and she delivered on every point — nothing was overlooked.

The care in the lead-up to our trip to IKOS Oceania was superb: regular contact when we needed it, documents easy to access, and everything organised well ahead of time so there was nothing to chase. Isobel and Donna checked in with us at different points during the holiday too, just to make sure everything was going smoothly.

It’s that combination of attention to detail and genuine reassurance that stands out — I felt confident that if anything had gone wrong, they’d have sorted it without fuss. We’ll definitely be booking with them again.

We asked for an all inclusive holiday that was less than 1 hours drive from airport, private transfers, and was able to cater for adults, and children aged between 2 and 18 years. RMW gave us 4 options which all looked good. The girls decided on Liberty Signe and it didn't disappoint. The service from RMW was fab, from texts to see how we were to providing support on changes to meals, rooms and so on. The gang want to know when I'm doing this again so that says how good the whole experience was. Big thanks to RMW and Liberty Signe

Super service from RMW Team, thank you to Mark and Donna for all your help. We had a bit if an itinerary for this trip and everything was organised for us, options provided for flights, transfers, hotels and a ferry. All booked and sorted for us all we needed to do was turn up at check in desks and off we went. We had a super holiday packed alot in and had the peace of mind that should we need the RMW team would be there to help.

Everything was taken care of not the standard summer holiday package big organisations offer- everything was tailored for us. We got personal recommendations to my sons interests and managed to cover everything and more

RMW booked the itinerary we wanted and found us some great hotels. They were readily available to sort out a check in issue prior to our trip (even on a Sunday afternoon!)

Fabulous holiday. Brilliant communication from dedicated agent as soon as we placed booking. Everything very clear with regular checkins to ensure we had all visas etc in place. Delighted with everything!

RMW travel organised our family holiday to Greece. The service was great, our seats were in the front of the plane with a meal, private transfer to hotel and excellent room location at the resort. They checked in with us before we left and after we arrived. Best holiday we’ve had. We will definitely use them again!

Great holiday to New York, Clearwater in Florida followed by Orlando. Little amendments needed done to the initial iternary. Our plans were detailed beautifully and the briefing call before we left was very helpful. Had a fantastic time and would definitely use RMW Travel again. Thank you Stewart for all your help.

Isobel, Donna and the team couldn’t have been better with helping us arrange our trip to Boston and Miami for the World Cup. Clearly very knowledgable about each location so were able to help advise on hotels and the best areas to stay, but also very helpful in us understanding more practical aspects of our trip such as how we’d receive our match tickets.

Always very quick to respond and offer their help and guidance when needed. Made it clear in all the ways they could support at any time pre, post and during trip, but not pushy at all.
