Enthusiastic and efficient colleague…
Enthusiastic and efficient colleague who obviously had a good knowledge of the cruise I was interested in. Booking was straight forward and effective. Would have made it 5 star rating but I am not currently sure if my cruise miles have been used in connection with this booking as I had asked. I am going to have to check that detail.

Called up and got Natalie, who was able to provide us with all the answers to our questions.
