I bought some corrugated polycarbonate roofing sheets which I thought were very reasonably priced and that includes the delivery cost. Delivery was also good, as what was stipulated on delivery time materialised into reality. The job is now done.👍

Couldn't make this up..
Ordered some PVC F profile trims for polycarbonate roof sheets.
What I received was not what I ordered (the image on product page was of a wrong product altogether) . When I got in touch with customer service to ask for the mistake to be rectified the managers reply was:
"I appreciate that the image showed a generic ‘F’ shaped trim, but the product description has always explained its intended use. As outlined in section 3 of our Terms and Conditions, images are for illustration only and may not exactly match the product."
So, somehow it is my fault for ordering what the Web page showed and not reading section 3 of terms and conditions to realise that I should not look at the image of the product when ordering?!
Interestingly the image was corrected within a hour of my initial email, so maybe other customers are OK to base their decision to purchase on the image shown, just not me.
Anyway, all I wanted was to have the wrong items exchanged or refunded, but the managers position was to ignore my subsequent emails because I guess this is all my fault - how ridiculous to expect to receive what I actually ordered...
'Fantastic' customer service - I bet the company's end of year results will look massively better now that they saved £50 to put this mistake right. (I actually mean £50).
So yes, if you like your intelligence insulted by a manager on some kind of a power trip, go right ahead, order from this supplier.

I bought two dry-verge ridge covers and was ripped off in a big way
I bought two dry-verge ridge covers at a price of £3.78.
When I looked at the Order Summary I found that I had charged £2.42 Tax on the £3.78?. The items weigh less than 300 grammes and I had been charged £10.00 Postage.
A total of £14.53.
None of these charges are given at the time of purchase and I realise that I should have been more careful, but 90% tax and £10.00 delivery in a poly bag.
My advice is to give this company a wide berth, look elsewhere

Thanks for taking the time to leave the feedback; however, I'd just like to correct the inaccuracies in your review. You have not been charged 90% tax, you have been charged the standard VAT (tax) rate of 20%. Please see a breakdown of your order:
Rooftec Ridge End Caps = £3.78 ex VAT
Rooftec Delivery Charge = £8.33 ex VAT
+ 20% VAT Charge (tax) = £2.42
Total Paid = £14.53 including VAT
An order summary is given on both the basket and checkout pages before any payment details are entered, this allows customers to source materials locally if they do not wish to pay for delivery. The Rooftec delivery charge is set by our supplier and is a flat fee of £8.33 ex VAT, as the majority of orders are for a full dry verge system.
We're a small family business, and we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, as you can see here, the vast majority of verified reviews we receive are 4 and 5 stars. If you'd taken the time to contact us about your issue then our team would have been happy to help.

Speedy delivery and a good product, although the previous tiles I bought 7-8 years ago went very brittle in about five years, and had substantial splits.
The news one’s have a ten year guarantee, so we’ll see, but nevertheless á good product.
