Rose Toy Official Avis 

After reading these reviews about a week ago I thought for sure I’d been scammed however today, 19 days after I had purchased an item I FINALLY received it and it’s perfect and exactly what it was on the website and it works great too. My tracking info barely updated the entire time and it took quite a while to get here but I am happy to say that I actually did not get scammed this time.

BE WARNED!!! THIS PRODUCT MAY BE A SCAM!!! I ordered the 'official rose toy' on 22nd September. It is now 26 October. I paid $33.96, have received two requests for a review and NEVER received the product!!! I have emailed the company with no response.

SCAM!! GRRR Very disappointed! Unable to track "expedited " shipping, After writing several times I only received automated replies. Today received a ( How do you rate it?) I can't rate it without receiving it. After research, unfortunately ladies they are a scam. The phone number does not work and there is no existing address in Vegas for them. I'm getting my refund period! Bummer, I was looking so forward to it. I hope I am able to find a legit site! BOOOO!!!

After waiting for a couple days of never recieveing my tracking info, I looked up to see if it was a scam. And I came across this website. I’ve had the SAME EXPERIENCE as everyone else. So bad. So lame. This website needs to be taken down. I now have to file a claim with my debit card 😑

0 stars they screwed me over too. No answers at all. Filing dispute with the bank

My experience is exactly like everyone else's,verbatim. I have sent Miss Julia Jones an email letting them know that our state attorney General will be contacting them. I feel so stupid.

Complete scam, paid for product that I didn't receive, reached out through email and got a auto reply response

So before I placed my order, I went to see if there were any coupons(even tho it isn't badly priced, anything I buy off line I see if there is a coupon for) upon doing g this I noticed to of the same websites..one is rose toy official and the other is THE rose toy official. I'm toggling between sites to see a difference because why does this company have two sites..one obviously is a scam...now to deticify which one...the one with THE in front of it seems more legit but because I suspect fraud..im going to order elsewhere

Emailed customer service NO RESPONSE NO PRODUCT NO NOTHING

Total scam, ordered off of the rose toy official website. Based in Nevada supposedly. Never received my items, even had the gall to send me an email asking if I'm liking the products. So annoyed, now I have to dispute the charges. Also, the company that charged me for the items was a Portable air conditioner company based out of Canada.

Oh no me too SMH and I was so excited I've been waiting forever I've placed my order in July I have left several emails obviously never received the product I'm so disappointed I should have read these reviews before I place the order

Scam, never received item. Never answered back emails. Same experience as everyone else a total ripoff.

If I could give no stars, I would. If you're reading this...you probably already placed an order and didn't receive anything.
The exact same thing happened. Placed the order, never received a product, the phone number is bogus, I've reached out to them on the site and via email and the only response I received was an automatic reply

I submitted the requested information with my order number and proof of purchase, but I never received another response. I contacted my bank and submitted a claim for fraud.

I'd give them a zero. They charged me for the product, and three weeks later I have yet to even get shipping notice and information. My e-mails have been ignored.

Complete fraud. They make you pay extra for shipping on a product that you won’t ever receive. The tracking number they gave me wasn’t legit. I’m glad I made the purchase through paypal so I’ll definitely receive a refund. I should have purchased it off of ADAM AND EVE or AMAZON … Before I purchased it I didn’t realize it was over seas.. I would never purchase a sex toy from over seas they’re usually garbage.. I prefer American made products because they’re made properly… I’m mad I spent almost 60 dollars for nothing..

Never receive the item. They have charged my credit card, but have never responded to several emails, now I see that it was a scam.

Same experience as everyone else. Never received my product. No response to multiple email. Total scam artist.

This company is a scam ordered from here beginning of August never got my rose, they gave me tracking number now the tracking say pending
