Yep the same thing happened with me. I received an email saying that shipment was on the way but there was no tracking number and then they had the audacity to request a review.The middleman responsible for delivering the package randomly disappeared out of the blue so there was no merchant and no way to prove to anyone that I had purchased this item I spoke with the bank and I’m waiting for them to send me the paperwork so that I can go after these con artists

Dont! mess with this site I am so happy that I read these reviews and five days in I contacted my credit card company and got my money back. I sent a few emails with no response but as soon as my credit card got on that ass they sent me an email stating hey friend isn't that funny I never responded after that never clicked on anything this company needs to be shut down but thanks to you guys posting your reviews I got my money back. Always use a legit credit card never debit. Stay safe and always alert.

Ordered 6-21-21. Never got it. Text and email tracking. Links never worked. Sent about 20 emails. Ill never trust a site that doesn't use PayPal etc. Dealing with bank is such a headache. Still getting my money back. No one steals from me. Piece of crap lying ass site. All reviews are fake and you arent allowed to leave low reviews. Fake. Fake. Fake.

You will never receive any of the items that you pay for! This website is definitely a scam!

I order two item one for me and one for my sister in June 22nd never recieve any item and know response after multiple email,I will be filing with my card company for fraud and also this site need to be shut down and it is on Shopify ,know one should promote something like this you know how hard it is to come by money,big scam beware I will be posting it on every site including all my social media if I don't get my refund back asap.I wish I can give it 0 star

Awful company. Don't buy from them just order off of Amazon. They are scam artists. I am having the same difficulties as everyone else that's complained. They take your money, no tracking number, you email them and no response. I have requested a refund from them, but I don't expect a response. I will post on every available site about this company. They should be put in jail!

Wish I could give a -10! I have sent out so many emails to this company and still no response. I paid for a rose on 07/14/21 and still no response but they took the money out fast.

This company is a scam! Ordered on July 22 got a text and email saying item shipped but didn’t provide me with a tracking number. I have emailed the company many times with no response back. I filed a complaint with my bank and let them know this as fraud. This company needs to be shut down before they take someone else’s hard earned money.

I'd give it no stars if I could. I ordered a product from this company May 18th... it is now July 28th. I have emailed multiple times about my shipment not arriving and that the tracking number does not work. They haven't responded. Annnd to make it better they still charged me, OVER what my balance should have been. I am not happy what so ever and would have never ordered from them if I knew this was going to happen. Terrible.

I apparently have the exact same problem as the other complaints. I ordered a Rose toy on 6/30/21. I received an email that it was shipped but no tracking number. I sent an email requesting a tracking number and when I can receive my product. I received an automated response email with no further information since.

I ordered this item online like others they took my money. Sent me an email saying it shipped but had no tracking number. I sent 3 emails asking for updates and got nothing in return. I ordered 2 as one was a gift. I’m out of 79.90 and have NOTHING to show for it. This company is a fraud. I don’t care how many reviews they show It’s a lie! I’m disputing with my bank now.

Never got my item. Emailed a whole bunch. Apparently the BBB has their address listed as invalid. Filed a complaint with the BBB. So, yeah, it's a scam site.

I received my item from Rose toy official and it came in a box that was damaged and smashed. The item turns on but doesn't seem to work properly. When you turn it on it reminds me of something where the batteries are running low, this item is charged using a USB so this should not be a issue. I've tried reaching out to the company but no one has gotten back to me. I spent my money I just want a properly working product

I ordered an item from them about 3 weeks ago. The telephone number was not in service and the email will give you an automated message that someone will get back to you that never has and the tracking number was invalid it has been over 3 weeks now no response no product do not order from that company. I am basically out of $39.99 plus shipping.
