Timely Correction
I had a special where I got 2 flower arrangements for a discounted price but I wanted to send them to 2 different addresses. Also I forgot to submit my note for the flowers. I emailed the customer support and they responded right away and cleared up my orders and got them to their destinations in a timely manner.

I Ordered flowers for my wife's…
I Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday on 10/4/2025. I received them on 10/8/2025. When I opened the box I noticed red and black sie color on the box. I pulled the flowers out of rhe box and noticed instantly that they were smashed and not fluffed out as they looked in the pictures on line. Now I'm going back and forward through via email because I can't get no one one on the phone to tell them about these horrible flowers they sent. .

product quality is poor
product quality is poor. The "marble" rose box was actually a lightweight cardboard box with sticky paper over it with a marble design. It also has dried hot glue drippings on it. Additionally, the presentation is poor and I can't give it as a gift which is what i purchased it for. Lastly, they don't allow returns (no wonder why) and customer service does not pick up the phone.
