Paid for expedited shipping for Mother's Day- should have realized it was for Mothers Day 2026- arrived 4 days late. Of course the company will not accept any responsibility for this and they did not indicate that it would not be delivered on time however they have a statement in the fine print that they can not be he held responsible.
Best part is they somehow get inquiries like mine sent to their competitor Rose Box NYC - wasting their time and mine.
BUY from Costco or a REPUTABLE company... not this one
As a follow up, the company did ultimately acknowledge the issue and refunded the shipping charge but it took far more effort than it should.

I ordered two sets of flowers and from…

I ordered two sets of flowers and from start to finish my experience was not great. The link with Paypal seems to be confused and changed the shipping address to my address (this was a Mother's Day Gift)... the next order accidently was for 2 orders of the same product for my mother-in-law. In addition, I paid extra for Mother's Day shipping. After realizing my mistakes, I contacted customer service with regards to the wrong shipping address and double order. Customer service was quick to correct the shipping address; however they couldn't correct the double order even though I requested it well within their policy window. Anyway, the worst part is it showed up yesterday 5/14/2025... I tried contacting Customer service several times and was ghosted. I just want shipping refunded as I paid extra for on time shipping. The roses didn't even get to the shipper until 5/12/2025 (Monday after Mother's Day), even though I got a shipping update the same day. So, they packed it up but never took it to the post office. I am told the flowers are beautiful, so therefore the 2 stars, but I will NEVER use this company again. I am very understanding and get that this company was probably overwhelmed with the YouTube ads & Mother's Day, but you have to own up to your mistakes. I believe this owner is in over their head. Best to go with a bigger more established company.

Flowers not Delivered

Order flowers for Mother's Day and, of course, just like most of the reviews here, they haven't been delivered and are still awaiting pickup status. Yes, paid extra for the Mother's Day shipping. At this point, I'm unsure if I will be getting the flowers, so just stay away from this company and trust what people say here.

Like many others I have an email confirmation that my order shipped on 5-5-2025 but it’s still showing USPS awaiting in NJ. I paid for 2 expressed delivery. I should have just ordered locally and read these reviews. Fortunately, I can dispute on my credit card if it’s not delivered in the specified time when I paid for extra shipping charges.

I would not recommend purchasing from Rose Forever due to their lack of professionalism and poor customer service. If you need an item delivered within a specific timeframe, do not waste your money paying extra for expedited shipping—you won’t receive it on time.

I paid for UPS 2-DAY AIR, with a guarantee that my order would arrive promptly. Not even close. With my order placed five days in advance, the delay was clearly on their end, not the parcel carrier. At the very least, they should have reimbursed me for the additional shipping costs, but Melanie refused to take any responsibility or offer a resolution.

I should have listened to other negative reviews and chosen a company that values its customers and stands behind its service. If you’re considering ordering from Rose Forever, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a company that truly prioritizes customer satisfaction.

Valentines Order

Ordered from them 3 large orders. The last one for Valentines and paid an extra fee. The order was delivered 2 days after valentines and when I reached out to address it, I was ignored.

They will most likely say I signed up for a subscription as they have said in other reviews. I did not. I don’t need any type of flower every month and would never sign up for that. Like all the other reviews here, your generic leave a message phone number doesn't work and no one ever calls back and I emailed more than once and customer service never answered. Dirty subscription service, awful customer service

The flowers my fiancé and I ordered for our mothers were great and they absolutely loved them.

However we have been autobilled for the last 6 months to the subscription to Rose Forever in which I did not intentionally sign up for.. I managed to cancel the auto pay but I demand a refund. No one picks up the phone and only left with a generic "leave a message at the beep" and no one is responding via email either. Horrid customer service.

Will I ever receive my delivery??

Ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. Paid extra for shipping totaling $240. The delivery not only hasn’t made it yet, nor has it left New Jersey yet. The shipping says the postal service has not even received the shipment yet a week later. This is absolutely ridiculous. I called the number provided, emailed the customer support, I even messaged them on instagram. No response from any form of contact. This is embarrassing as a consumer and I want my money back! This company should be investigated asap. There’s no way they should be able to promote this luxury brand and get away with this type of unprofessionalism and scamming!

I ordered for del on 2-14-25 abd paid extra for it. I got an email on the 14th that delivery would be on the 15th . z still no delivery fyi. My wife’s day was ruined and she is very upset. There is no number to call. I will dispute with Amex. Do not order from this company .

Update, you emailed me with a $30 coupon to buy another product after I paid $15 for delivery on 2-14. A $15 credit! This is after I had to spend $150 for flowers that day! The order did arrive the next day at 7 pm which was way too late. Why would I order again???

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine’s Day and paid extra for them to be delivered on time. There no where near me and it’s due to come Tuesday after 7 whole days.. that’s called a scam. I didn’t pay over $250 for flowers, to have them delivered after Valentine’s Day. You can keep them and give me a full refund for not holding up your end. The excuse of the carrier not doing their job has nothing to do with us and also if you had it shipped next day delivery or 2 day delivery it would’ve been on time. You literally probably had them shipped with the slowest and cheapest option. I ship things regularly and never has it taken me to get something sent inside the USA let alone being both on East coast 7 days..No I don’t want that pathetic offer of $20 off my next order because I won’t be using your company again. Go ahead and process my refund because I haven’t heard back from when I emailed you. Scam company

Placed an order and have not received

Placed an order and have not been able to reach anyone from the company. I received a notification on Monday noon, that the flowers for Valentine’s Day were at a shipping partner and awaiting usps.
As of tonight (Wednesday night) the flowers have not moved and no updates on the tracking website.
The shipping partner is not responding either.
I paid for expedited shipping and that seems to have been a waste.
I have tried to email and call Rose forever and get no response.
To spend $150 for Valentine’s Day surprise and be left empty handed is unacceptable.

Hi Patrick, thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Upon reviewing your order, we found that the email address we have on file is pna6600@aol.com, which seems to be incorrect. We have since updated your email address, so you should now be able to receive your shipping confirmation along with the tracking number.

As a small florist, we take great care in preparing and shipping each order. We specifically instructed the carrier to ensure delivery on February 14th. Unfortunately, once the package was in their hands, we lost control over the final delivery, and they did not adhere to the requested timing.

We are currently investigating the matter with USPS, and we deeply regret that this has affected your Valentine's surprise. To make it up to you, we’d like to offer a $20 gift card for your next purchase. We appreciate your understanding and hope to serve you again.
