Excellent from start to finish.
Alix helped us to design our new kitchen in a friendly and helpful manner. Taking our initial ideas and turning them into a superb new kitchen.
Any changes we wanted along the way were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Tim, the kitchen fitter, did a fantastic job, as did the other tradesmen assisting him. It took a few weeks from start to finish but well worth the wait.
We would definitely recommend Rossendale Interiors.

We decided to use Rossendale Interiors for our kitchen project after calling in a couple of times just to chat with Suzanne who is very experienced in kitchen design and planning, plus if your like me , I need to gell with somebody first and Suzanne was that person.
Great comunication all the way through.
Between us we designed / changed/ modified , then changed again to get things just right that worked for us.
Suzanne is a great person to work with, with equally great knowledge.
When it came to the fit.
Keith was the man, again spot on guy. Laid back and chilled.
We had a visit off Keith pre fitting date so he could cast an eye over the job,and we discussed a couple of points from my side.
From the off Keith very approachable and all round sound guy.
We just left him to beaver away all week , which he did with no issues.
Keith managed all the fit out including the quarts guys and plumber .

Thank you for a fantastic service to supply and fit our new kitchen, appliances and flooring at a great price.

Suzy improved our design ideas and with a 800mm strong drawer set near the sink improving storage capacity, as well as going through the pros and cons of the different appliances, worktops and flooring. We chose the Bowland range kitchen, Karndean Lime Washed Oak (Herringbone,) a Quartz top Staturio Ice from Prestige, and appliances through Rossendale Interiors.

Jon and Brandon did a brilliant job of delivering and fitting a spectacular kitchen and the flooring to exceptional standards, and kept us informed at each stage of the process and even completed the new skirting board and architrave to finish off the room.

A very friendly and professional fitting service, taking pride in what they do, we would highly recommend using Jon for any fitting project, exceptional quality and goes the extra mile.

Cannot fault anything about our new kitchen experience from start to finish. Suzanne got the design just right for what we wanted, and Jon, our fitter was amazing. He had to take out and raise the ceiling, fitted everything perfectly and worked so hard. Nothing was too much trouble. Would 100% recommend for a new kitchen.

Jon, Brandon and Peter provided a high quality, professional service that went above and beyond. They braved M60 rush hour without complaint, and worked long days to see the job completed promptly. I have no doubt that I will be using there services again.

From start to finish, the process was easy. The result…great looking wardrobes professionally installed by Jon and his team. Their communication throughout the quotation/sales process and installation was excellent. The bedroom looks great…no more clothes rail!!! Great job

when i initially came into the shop the friendly staff made it easy to choose this company to have my new bedroom from them. The workmen Darren Jack Dean Andy and Peter were exceptional at what they did and also very friendly and helpful, leaving everything tidy throughout the job and took all the rubbish from site at the end. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending each and everyone of them. Throught out the process Joanne the designer was brilliant and explanined everything and was in touch throughout the work and nothing was too much trouble for her , again she is excellent at her job and i wouldnt hesitate to recommend her. The company Rossendale Interiors is a company i would highly recommend, its my second room to be fitted by them as i had a kitchen fitted 10 years ago and it still looks new

So clever and so patient with all my anxieties and indecisions. Guided me through the whole process , nothing was too much trouble, full of good ideas , so kind and professional. The team came and were excellent - all of them. Jamie , my fitter was wonderful and went above and beyond . I had a great experience three years ago when I had my kitchen designed and built by Rossendale Interiors.
At the time I kept my double oven as it was still working well. However it recently stopped working properly. So after considering a few purchase options I thought of contacting Rossendale interiors to check what ovens they could provide and install. I was not disappointed. From the minute I walked in, Erin - at reception- was extremely helpful. She researched the double oven I was looking for and contacted me very quickly via email to provide pricing for the oven and for the installation. The price of the oven as well as the price of the installation were quite significantly cheaper than from other known businesses.
Soon Andy contacted me to arrange fitting of the oven. Andy came on time and was extremely professional.
It was such peace of mind to have someone from Rossendale Interiors to fit the oven. I was confident Andy would execute the fitting with upmost care.
The oven was fitted perfectly without any mess left behind.
Andy took the old oven away.
Andy also insisted I could get in touch if I had any issues with the oven.
The service Andy and Erin provided was second to none.

This is the second time I have used Rossendale Interiors and once again they have impressed me and exceeded my expectations. Alix was first class with her advice and guidance and added real value in my decision making process. My fitter was Andy and he was so approachable. He arrived on time, was smartly dressed and worked hard fitting my new oven. What impressed me the most was that I was expecting to need to approach the council to take the old oven away. Andy proactively offered to dispose of it for me. In my opinion that went over and beyond the call of duty. Thank you both

Went to Rossendale interiors as a recommendation. From start to finish it was exceptional, the service from Suzy & the fitting from Keith was way & above what you would get from anywhere else. Came out to measure the kitchen & came back straight away with the design. No sitting around looking at screens for hours just so efficient from measure to design to the fit out. Also Suzy came back out to make sure everything was to her standard. Great warranty on the kitchen as well, cannot recommend any higher. Superb

Had a great experience with Rossendale Interiors. We absolutely love our new kitchen which was designed by Suzanne who listened to our needs and was very helpful and knowledgeable in making suggestions. Keith was a brilliant fitter and went over and beyond. When contacting Rossendale Interiors everyone was courteous, respectful and polite. We would highly recommend this company.

We went to Rossendale Interiors for our bedroom, Suzy the designer was very professional and friendly and gave us ideas we had not thought of, including Quartz for the tops and it looks stunning, the way she designed our bedroom has also now given us more room. Keith the fitter was very friendly and reliable with great attention to detail and takes a lot of pride in his workmanship. All contractors were arranged through Suzy which all went smoothly and on time. There was also a couple of minor snagging issues which were resolved straightaway, after care service is excellent, would definitely recommend and will also 100% be using again,

We love our new kitchen and we have Suzanne and Jon to thank for it! Suzanne was brilliant and patient with us throughout long appointments to get the kitchen we had dreamed of in budget. She was flexible and found solutions to make things work for us. Jon came to fit our kitchen and I can’t speak more highly of him, he was brilliant. He worked so hard and was fast, professional and reassuring when things didn’t go quite to plan. Even on day 1 of the fit when we had a freak flooding incident, Jon stayed to help beyond what he was there to do, and was flexible with timescales meaning we didn’t have to rearrange the whole fit! We’re so grateful for the help they’ve both given us and couldn’t recommend them both enough. Thank you!

A big thank you to Alix at Rossendale Interiors for helping to bring the design of our new bedroom to fruition. We are very happy with the outcome and with the process overall from initial consultation, through fitting, to completion. Tim, who fitted the furniture, was happy to incorporate some minor changes we wanted to make and suggested a couple of design modifications to make the most of the storage available. Additionally he was a very clean, tidy and professional tradesman. Would recommend.

We recently (Dec 25) had a new kitchen designed and fitted by Rossendale Interiors. Having previously had them to install fitted bedroom furniture we knew first hand of the good service they provided however we did our due diligence and looked around at all the usual suspects and then decided to go with what we knew. FYI - the pricing wasn't too different from the other retailers and they offered a price match in any event. We made a great decision to trust Rossendale Interiors with our new kitchen. Suzanne came up with a great design and made everything fit where we wanted it. The install team were great, Keith, Andy and Pete - we literally couldn't have got a better team. There were a couple of minor snagging issues - these were solved without any fuss or delay and the upgrade to the hot tap was literally the icing on the cake (which I haven't yet baked in the new oven/kitchen!)
I would recommend their services to anyone - you won't be disappointed.
