I have recently had a new bedroom fit and supplied by Rossendale Interiors. I had been and looked at other bedroom companies before I came to look round the showroom. The quality and professionalism stood out from other companies. A lovely lady called Suzy advised me in the showrooms and then she came to my house to measure up. She was extremely knowledgeable and designed my bedroom beautifully, listening to what I wanted and adding extra little touches that made a big difference. Nothing was too much trouble for Suzy, while it was being fit, she kept me updated with everything and once it was finished she came to check everything was ok. I will definitely be using Rossendale Interiors again. I just wish I had used them when I had my kitchen fit. Thank you so much, I am over the moon with it and thank you Suzy for all your hard work planning and making sure everything went smoothly.

We have used Rossendale Interiors a number of times, and they have never failed to impress. From initial contact to final installation, they provide a five star professional service. We only moved into our apartment in August 2024, and we already have a fabulous new kitchen installed and new fitted wardrobes. We want to express our total satisfaction and delight with our new open plan kitchen project. We had the wall removed between the kitchen and the dinng room and purchased a new kitchen from Rossendale interiors. Alix Goddard helped us design our kitchen and managed and coordinated the whole project from start to finish. Alix's professional insight enabled us to put into actiion and achieve our vision for an amazing kichen which we absolutely love. It is a wonderful design which looks beautiful and functions so well in meeting all our needs for the family. We would wholeheartedly recommend Alix her team and Rossendale interiors. Our experience was very positive and we couldn't be happier.

Delighted with our new kitchen, completely transformed by knocking 2 rooms into 1 and completed in 3 weeks. Joanne and her team were amazing. We did not expect Jonathan, the builder, to go to the trouble of pebble dashing the outside wall after removing and blocking a window, you can't tell there was ever one there. Darren, the kitchen fitter's attention to detail was something else and we could not fault Dean, Pete and Andy who completed the Electrics, Plumbing and Flooring. Highly skilled workmen, prompt and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Right from the first visit to the showroom the service was excellent. Alix then came to visit and between us we worked out a plan.
Ours is an old cottage with en even floors, ceilings and walls and that’s just for starters !!
Despite all the challenges the workmen all did a fantastic job, were great to work with and punctual. It was like a well oiled machine .
Everything was done to time and Alux supported us throughout.

Having had our previous kitchen over 30 years we were certainly overdue an upgrade, my wife and I were not looking forward to the experience given all the chaos that can insue when you pretty much rip one of the most important rooms in your house to bits. From the moment we walked into the showroom at Rossendale Interiors to discuss our requirements we new we had come to the right place, the wonderful range of kitchens available and the expertise afforded to us from Joanne the designer was first class. After coming up with a design to meet our needs Joanne gave us a timetable detailing when each stage of the process would be undertaken and by whom along with a completion date.
With flooring, plastering, electrics and plumbing all being upgraded we had five tradesman working on our kitchen and each and everyone of them came when they said they should and more importantly completed the work to a very high standard. Each of them kept us advised of when they would arrive and were super helpful and after just under three weeks of our original kitchen being ripped out we now have a beautiful modern, vibrant kitchen of the highest quality. My wife and I would in particular like to thank Joanne for her design and cordination of our project which did have its challenges and especially Jamie our fitter, who was unbelievably professional despite more than a few curveballs being thrown at him, he was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the whole process.
My wife and I are not ones for doing reviews, however we felt after our experience with the Rossendale Interiors team that we had to share it with you.

From design to install the full process has run very smooth even with all my wonky walls. Jonathan the fitter has done a great job of installing my beautiful new kitchen! Nothing was too much trouble and it looks great! Dean did a tidy job of installing my electrical work with noticeable damage and Joanne worked with us every step to design our dream kitchen would recommend!

Thank you to Joanne in particular for helping us transform our home. After many years dreaming, we finally had our kitchen extended and Joanne helped design exactly what we hoped for, not just the kitchen, but the utility and loo too, plus a lovely living room window seat and new flooring throughout, Nothing was too much trouble and she was endlessly patient as we worked together to get everything right. Her boss Mike was very supportive too, thank you! One or two glitches with parts but these were sorted with courtesy and ownership, you can’t ask for more. We would highly recommend Rossendale Interiors for quality of product and personal service.

Helpful from beginning of process to the end for our fitted bedroom furniture. Joanne advised with the original design and kept us fully informed at all times on how things would proceed. Jamie, the fitter, arrived when planned and did a super job finishing before the allotted time despite having to cope with some of our requested changes. Importantly he was a tidy worker who cleaned up at the end of each day’s work. Lee, the decorator did a superb job - quick and thorough too.

From our first meeting Suzie was totally professional in walking us through all the options and making suggestions that we simply wouldn't have considered.
When the final design was agreed, Suzie then took the time to find a fitter who was suitably skilled to tackle this especially challenging job.
Communication is key and Suzie always made herself available when questions needed addressing.
There are many kitchen suppliers available these days and possibly cheaper options but having the peace of mind and confidence which comes from using true professionals is practically impossible to put a price on and it is because of this I am happy to recommend Rossendale Interiors and especially Suzie.

Exemplary After Care

We had our kitchen fitted approximately 18 months ago and were very happy with the service from start to finish. Then recently we had a problem with one of the door panels of the freezer. I contacted Rossendale interiors and have to say I cannot fault their after care. Manager Mike returned my call promptly and resolved the issue efficiently without fuss. Andy the fitter was great and overall the whole experience was completely stress free. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. A big thank you to everyone involved.

From the initial design process with Alix the to the installation of my new kitchen the experience was as stress free as it could be.
The plasterer (Craig) did a terrific job and I want to give a special mention to Jonathan (fitter) as nothing was too much trouble and he guided me through everything, even answering the silly questions I had. He consulted with me on any issues and gave me a lot of confidence in how it would turn out.

I am extremely pleased with the end result.

Suzanne worked with me to get the kitchen i need. Due to a disability needed some special requirements. These were taken into consideration. Tim fitted the kichen he was great asked my opinion before changes were made and handles fitted. When anything needed to to be tweaked then it was done. We are very pleased with the end product and the aftercare you receive.
