Rover's website was easy to personalise the dog collar (with advice about collar sizing being important). It took two days from placing the order to receiving the delivery, and we are very pleased with the quality of the collar.

I have been purchasing from these guys for several years now. The products our great. I have adopted 2 rescue staffys and they both loved their toys especially the nylon ones as they haven't managed to destroyed them. Their absolute favourite would have to be the Christmas Advent calendars. Mine is the duel controlled leafs and collars. Delivery is fast and always answer any questions that I may have. Strongly recommend especially if you have a staffy or a tough chewer

I recently purchased an ID collar for my cavoodle. It was beautifully made great quality. The service was fast and my questions were answered. The collar seems to be comfortable and fits well. I will now be purchasing the matching lead. Our Ollie is a very picky eater and purchased the kangaroo topper which he devoured and now will be purchasing some of the other toppers. The convenience of coming frozen so you can defrost as needed is fantastic. I loved supporting a small business and best of all Australian.

Still haven’t received my item. I paid for express post and it was sent a week after ordering and via regular post. No one bothers to respond to emails. Won’t be ordering again from this company.

Believe the negative reviews people! I wish I had.
Multiple emails, nearly two months on, still no order received. I could’ve made the dog bed myself by now.
Such a shame, I really wanted to support Australian made.

Very professional customer service. Amazing custom made products for your fury best friend. I’ve recommended to all my friends.

Bought the kloud9 bed XL, can not fault it! it's nice and full and great quality! Love that it's australian made and made from the memory foam off cuts so there's zero waste. My dog loves it and even my cat won't stay off it. The covers easy to remove to wash and dries super quick. I ordered it and I received it in a week which I was super impressed with considering they make them to order. Will definitely buy from rover pet products again, great pricing for high quality and being made in Australia

Rover Pet Products has the most amazing range of treats, toys, beds and get home safe collars and leads. All the products are amazing quality with a quick turnaround!

I have a dog 42kg with epilepsy, where he drools alot and has accidents, and episodes where he scratches and paws at the bedding in his crate. I needed something that would be comfortable, tough and easy to clean. And I found that Rover's TuffMat beds have fulfilled all my requirements! They are FANTASTIC! So easy to clean and have endured the treatment it gets. Not only that, but my dogs automatically go to these beds rather than the lumpy old beds, which I still have to throw out. Great bed. Would definitely buy again.

We recently purchased a lead and collar which our dog loves. We accidentally put the collar clip back on at the wrong angle and could then not undo it again. The team at Rover were super prompt and helpful and have arranged a replacement at no cost. Collar and dual handle lead both strong and well made......this is a great aussie company.

Rover Pet Products are a premium brand that serves top quality treats. Our dogs go mad for their entire range!

Have been purchasing from Rover for a few years now! The beds are amazing, so good for our dogs! Kloud9 and Plushmat still going strong. Have also purchased most of their treat range and the dogs absolutely love it! Also the personalised collars and leads are great. Will definitely be back for more.

Have been a customer of Rover for almost 7 years and I can’t rate them highly enough. Everything purchased has turned up promptly and the quality of their products can’t be faulted. Their beds are made to order and they’re worth the short wait. Years on they still hold their shape… no sagging or depressions… they clean up really well and I’ve had piece of mind they’re not toxic. The team behind rover have built a massive range over the years and have never lost their integrity to cheaper methods or products. It’s awesome to be able to shop local with a brand that is actually ethical too.

I really love Rover Pet Products.
The best dog toys and healthy treats around!! 😋😍 Fast shipping and I always have an all round great experience.

I LOVE Rover Pet Products and so does my 2 dogs!! The quality of their products, the fast shipping and I just love seeing my dogs tails wagging when they recieve their colourful package arrive! 😍😍

Love Rover Pet Products!

We have purchased 3 different types of beds for our spoilt boy and they are all really great quality. His favourite is the Kloud9 teddy!

We also have collars, leads, toys and everything in between, we just love their products. We highly recommend and cannot fault their customer service and delivery times 🙂

Couldn’t recommend enough.
Lovely company, great communication and top quality products. I will definitely be back!
Thank you

We recently received our plush mat and edge (surround) from rover pet products and I have to say this is hands down the best dog bed we've ever owned. The fabrics are so luxurious and high quality the mattress is so comfy even my grand children love to sit/ lay in the bed when our dog isn't in it. I found delivery times to be very reasonable considering the bed js made to order. So very happy to have found Rover Pet Products

I have been a repeat customer with Rover Pet Products for 4 years and am always really satisfied. They have a great range of high quality, single ingredient treats - our favourites include pig snouts and roo ears, the embroidered collars we have last well and give me peace of mind with my dogs, and the plushmat we own is well used by the dogs - I actually got a big enough size so I could snuggle in there with them and it really is so incredibly comfy. Reliable delivery, great customer service, and high quality products - would recommend!

We have been huge fans of Rover Pet Products for a couple of years now, we absolutely adore them. I recently placed a large order for dog treats with a few of the items being on pre-order. I emailed the team to find out when they would likely have a restock and they responded so quickly. The family run team work exceptionally hard to get orders out as quickly as possible; honestly can’t fault them! Customers for life ❤️
