The delivery was great and they placed…

The delivery was great and they placed the furniture in the garden. Overall a great choice, looks fab. Only issue is a fracture of the wood on one of the table legs. We await an email response from Royalcraft regarding this.

Very sturdy furniture

Very sturdy furniture. Cushions as to be expected. I think, however, the 3-seater sofa would benefit from a third (middle) set of legs as it is quite long. The wood looks a little ‘plastic’ but as to be expected for the price. I was very disappointed not to receive a cover. One of the four reviews attached to the advert mentioned it included a cover for the winter but the company adamantly said this review was not for this set of furniture. So why was it attached to the advert? Had a cover been included I may have given 5 stars!

The original delivery date was…

The original delivery date was scheduled for when we were on holiday but it was easily changed. The delivery guys had driven a long way but were cheerful and brought the furniture into the garden.
Very happy with the folding rope table and chairs which matches a corner seating set that we bought last year from Royalcraft.

Great service

Great service, had a few issues with damaged items but they were replaced without hassle and delivery was prompt and on time so would happily recommend

Delivered without any of the fixings

Delivered without any of the fixings - screws etc.
Replacements arrived in post a day later but still incomplete.
Sent pack for a 5 seater garden sofa instead of a 6 seater which I had ordered.
Could not enjoy my garden on a beautiful bank holiday weekend.
Very disappointing indeed!!!

Unfortunately one of the back rests was…

Unfortunately one of the back rests was missing. I wrote an email and no reply, then I called and was told that Georgina will call me back but no return call. I called again and then was advised that labels have been printed so assume the parts will be sent. Communications could be better.

29/08/2025, received the missing parts7 days later, however it was a bank holiday weekend. So happy now.

Good product just the wrong fixing kit…

Good product just the wrong fixing kit so not enough bolts for my five seat sofa, so one of my family can’t sit down. Hopefully my email to Royalcraft will result in the bolts being sent.

Atrocious Quality Aluminium Table

I ordered a Royalcraft Sorrento 4 Seater Dining Set from the supplier Garden Street in April 2025. On assembly, I discovered that no screw holes had been drilled for the legs, so they could not be attached.

I was able to get a replacement sent because of this obvious fault. However, after three months outside, the table is severely discoloured, not only at the aluminium edge, but within the glass surface itself, leaving a mottled effect that cannot be cleaned. I am now in negotiation for a partial refund via the supplier, but the so-called quality of this piece left a great deal to be desired.

Good customer service

It said 5-7 days for delivery but it was actually going to be in 2 days which was no good for us due to being on holiday. Rang the contact centre who arranged delivery for 21/7/25 as it was when we were home.

Excellent response to rectify an issue.

Ordered a parasol on a Saturday, it arrived on the Tuesday - very good - (though no notifications regarding delivery).
The parasol was faulty, so I rang on the Wednesday and was asked to put details in an e-mail. I received a reply within an hour, confirming that a replacement would be sent. I'd asked it would be possible to deliver it by Friday, but that couldn't be guaranteed.
It arrived on the Thursday.
So a shame that the original was faulty, but an excellent response to rectify the issue.
