No fuss, very friendly and quick.

I purchased a standard shipping container which was well below what I was expecting in condition. The doors have lots of rust along the door seals and are difficult to close. The photos that Wolf provided as examples of containers available had none of this.

My experience with Royal Wolf was very positive. All of the staff in the office acknowledge me when i entered the office and I was asked what I was enquiring about. The salesperson who helped me explained clearly the service they offered and showed me the containers that were available. I received an email outlining costs and options that afternoon and when I excepted the quote the delivery was organised at a time that suited me. Delivery was on time and the driver was very helpful and placed the container exactly where i wanted it. Overall a very positive and happy experience.

Very easy to deal with and cost effective hire.

Have been using Royal Wolf for over 10 years and this year even after 2 months of notice when I asked for confirmation of availability the best I confirmation I could get is it should be ok, I was asked to pay upfront months in advance, which I haven't had to before. So I paid in advance and was then invoiced again for the same period before the hire period was even up... when I questioned it no apology or even any friendliness from any of the staff... product was good but the service was terrible!

The staff at the yard that allowed us to inspect the containers were very accommodating as was the driver who delivered and unloaded with precision.

Unbelievable service. They were unable to provide the rail transport leg of the job due to circumstances beyond their control, but were totally up-front and honest about it and were cool with my suggestion of an alternative arrangement. They promptly reimbursed me for that part of the service which they were unable to provide. Highly recommended.
