Happy with the purchase and the process
The order was processed in good time and arrived in a reasonable time frame as well. I think the advised time frames were quite accurate and it was good to see different options. The website was easy to navigate and it provided a good amount of information, especially as choosing a menstrual cup is a process some will be doing for the first time and there is a lot of unknowns. I didn't have the opportunity to interact with the customer services team as everything went smoothly and I'm finding my menstrual cup fits and does the job! It was a really nice aspect that when you purchase a menstrual product one gets donated, it was one of the reasons that made me decide to buy from ruby cup. Overall, happy with the process.

I love the ruby cup
I love the ruby cup, cause it is soft, easy to use and good to wear. I have a very strong period, so the bigger cup is a best option for me. Period underwear or tampons wont work on stronger days.

10 years of use are enough - bought a new Ruby this year
I reordered a new one after 10 years of using my old Ruby Cup. I always cut the stem off and it works very well.

A brand I have trusted from the very beginning
I discovered Ruby Cup when they were among the first companies to produce menstrual cups, and I have been a loyal customer ever since. After years of happily using their cups, I finally decided to try their period underwear.
The biggest improvement over other brands I have tried is the complete absence of unpleasant odour, which has always been my main frustration elsewhere. On top of that, they are incredibly comfortable and for the first time, period underwear actually feels like underwear and not a diaper.

Quick delivery, love the idea of donating one. Had to return the product and the process was a bit complicated because no return label was provided. Refund happened about a week after sending it back.

As for the refund, we process it as soon as the return reaches us. It usually arrives within a few days, but depending on the bank, it can sometimes take a little longer to show up.

Great concept and company, not great for my young teen
I really like the company's mission and customer service. I bought this for my daughter who has just started getting her period, and she hasn't been able to use it, even with the tutorials and my help. It is not easy for a young women just learning how her body works. It would be great if there was an invention to help make this work better. Even the cleaning part is a bit too complex as she doesn't want to attract attention at school. She is resorting to tampons and pads for now. I hope she will get the hang of the cup eventually. We will try again down the road.

I’d never tried period pants before
I’d never tried period pants before, but these ones are so good. I’m grateful enough to be able to continue my active lifestyle when on my period, however, I still found myself full of anxiety going to workout classes incase I bled through my clothes! The most attractive period pants
The most attractive period pants I have. I LOVEEE the low rise pants. They’re super slim and I don’t feel like I’m wearing a nappy like my others. You can wear them in leggings without much VPL either due to the thing band so they’re good for workouts
