My second order
After having my first, trusty Ruby Cup for many, many years it was time to get a fresh one. Couldn't be happier when i ordered and received my replacement, which will continue to make my period an incredible easy time. Love the color (blue) and the comfort of this cup. Overall product is excellent!
Overall product is great! I have two cups now and the collapsible cleaning container. I like the companies mission too. Shipping Being in the US, make sure to factor in shipping time. It took over 10 days to arrive, but I planned for that.

Just brilliant.
This is my first Ruby cup, but I have been using a cup for 2 years.
I was worried as it was far bigger than my previous one. However, it has been far easier to use, a much sturdier material and no issues with it not opening once placed. My previous cup would stay folded in the ‘c position’ but the ruby cup opens perfectly.
I have had no leakage and so far so good.
For those of you who are sceptical about using a period cup, go for it. It was a game changer and although it can take some time to get used to, once you have, it’s revolutionary and also so much safer and cheaper than tampons.
I also have the steriliser. This is fab.

Was allowed to keep extra item
Shipping took a while but withing the stated time frame for EU orders. I received one more item than ordered but was allowed to keep it, after asking what to do with it, which I found very kind.

Best purchase
The period underwear are amazing! I trialled them recently during a heavy cycle and had no leakage, it held for 8 hrs, and felt so comfortable! They're on the expensive side but worth it as I can tell they are going to last a very long time

The best cup I've ever used!
It took me a minute to get used to the firmness after getting it, but I love this cup! For some reason when I first got it, it felt different from the other times I used it, but it feels just right now. Its definitely my Goldilicks cup! Thank you for a product with the perfect firmness!

Los productos de Ruby Cup son cómodos y súper duraderos. Tengo la misma copa desde hace años y está aún como nueva, el color se mantiene y es súper cómoda de utilizar.
Las braguitas son las mejores que he utilizado (y he utilizado varias marcas). Éstas son finísimas, suaves preciosas y no se notan. Neutralizan el olor a la perfección. No las cambiaría por ninguna otra!

The cup was very easy to use & I don’t even use a pantyliners when I wear it! The period pants are amazing too. Very comfy and not too wet. I originally had trouble with the cup leaking at first but I followed the tips on the pamphlet it came with (twisting & pulling right and left) and it fixed the problem instantly. The cup (medium) was the perfect size (I am 22) and while I originally thought the end would be too long. It was perfect. Customer service is also veryy nice!! I will never recommend another women’s brand except this!! AMAZING COMPANY & PRODUCTS!!!!!!
