Great customer care
Had a issue with delivery, having had a mix up with the delivery address and courier delivery slot, but this was most likely solely down to the courier. I was a bit frustrated having dealt with annoyed neighbours, but Robert from RugLove reached out to me and was really friendly and sympathetic, i didn't realise they were a small business, as i have also purchased from here 3 years ago, but this is probably one of the kindest customer care i have come across.

First Class Service Again
I bought a rug a few weeks ago from Rug Love and the service was first class. Helpful advice and prompt delivery, at the time I requested. All at very competitive prices.
So I have now bought another four rugs.
Again there was helpful advice from owner Robert, the rugs were delivered on time in good order, again at competitive prices.
This is the best service I have received from any supplier, rugs or otherwise, for many a month.
Highly recommended.

Over the course of a year, I've bought 3 rugs from Rob and co - they have been exemplary when it comes to customer service at every step. In purchasing you're buying from a family-run business and you can tell. I can't recommend them enough.

I honestly cannot recommend this company enough, firstly the rug I bought was stunning which was the Delilah wool pebble cream rug! Great quality and looks amazing in my room! The customer service is truly outstanding. Would 100% buy from ruglove again and would recommend to family and friends.

Vibrant, soft and thick love it!!
We Absolutely love the rug and so does my son who is autistic and loves soft things to touch, it is really soft and thick but very light. And looks brilliant very vibrant colours actually does look like the photos very pleased with it and look to buy more from these when we need rugs now thanks guys keep up the good work

I have purchased twice from the Rug Seller and both times it has been an easy and pleasant experience. This rug brightened up a plain hallway and is a nice addition.
Would use rug seller again, they are friendly and professional.

I am very happy with my new rug from Rug Love. The website was easy to use, the rug visualizer was helpful and all information was available (dimensions, exact colour e.g. cream vs white). It was simple to order online and delivery was tracked and on time. The rug suits the room perfectly and I highly recommend!

Excellent experience for buying a rug.
Well, my wife liked it , I didn't mind it and our friends (who saw the picture on the website) secretly didn't like it.
Delivery was good and on time .
As it is not a symmetrical pattern, we had to lay it down twice to get the best look.
The new position, I started to like it, wife loved it , and friends ... also loved it.
Can't imagine a more suitable one now.
In different lighting conditions , it glows in parts . Really excellent.
