Rugs.com is such a wonderful website and a real pleasure to shop. We purchased a rug from them about three weeks ago and was extremely satisfied. The prices of their rugs are very fair and affordable. We just ordered another beautiful rug from them. Our first rug is just beautiful and have high expectations of the new one that we just ordered. Easy to navigate the web site and purchase on line

The rug I choose looks beautiful but the checkout experience was frustrating in that a $5 cash back was being offered if I paid thru my bank and it turned into quite a lengthy process. When I finally pressed the "Pay" button, I did not get a receipt but just the same blank payment page. I called customer service, which, BTW, I was able to get to right away, and the agent verified that there was no order that had gone through. I redid the payment with a credit card and it went through just fine and I got an immediate receipt.

my rugs arrived damaged today. They were wrapped in very thin plastic and as a result they were damaged. I refused the order after the gentleman with UPS asked to look at the damage. Even he was shocked by the very low quality of the packaging. He entered into the system that I refused the shipment because of the damage. I contacted RUGS.COM and was told they need to investigate. They can investigate whenever they want, but I wanted and needed my rugs by this weekend....they are making me wait because of their poor packaging or lack there of. I have paid for the rugs and want them ASAP!! There should be no reason for me to wait due to their lack of due diligence. Will not be ordering from here again!!!!

The shipping was very fast and it was packaged very well. The colors are very vibrant and the texture is perfect. It has a little smoothness to it.Which I like because I feel like dirt and water.Will shed off of it easily. Would definitely recommend.

This rug was easy to find, see in my room and purchase. Once I saw returns were free, plus sale price, it was a winner; at least I hope so.

I wish I could rate this as negative stars. I waited almost a month for my rug to be restocked and it was over sold, and rather than communicating that to me so I could decide if I wanted to wait for the next shipment or receive a refund on the money I spent I was sent a random rug instead of the one I’d patiently waited for. When I called customer service I was told that it was my problem. I’d need to repackage the 10x14 rug and arrange shipping in order to receive my refund and I’d have to reorder the rug I had already paid for and wait another 2 months and hope that they got it right the second time. And I wouldn’t get my refund on the first rug until 15 business days after they received the random rug they sent me. Free returns aren’t worth much when you have to spend considerable time because the company can’t be bothered to communicate when they’ve made a mistake and try to cover it up and instead of fixing make it the customer’s problem.

I have been looking for an emerald green rug with a border. A little hard to find one I liked until I went to Rugs.com. I was very pleased with their selection. So, I placed an order. Let's see how it works out! I like free shipping and free returns!

So easy to see and imagine with countless sizes to choose from.

Shopping on their web site was easy but it took a little time for the navigation aspect. Once I could move right thru their rugs, etc. it was easy.
Their rug choices are awesome. Not always had the sizes, but I get that sizes either sell out or weren’t produced.
I would shop with Rugs.com again providing I like the rugs when they come in.

Ease of order, ability to pay through Amazon and gain/ use points. Although it would be better to ask how my experience is after delivery... just saying.

Rug quality is great. Customers service not so much. Never received a rug that was supposedly delivered by UPS (a 2X3 mat) and they make you jump through numerous hoops and still has not been resolved. Needless to say I will think twice before ordering from them again.

I love the option to see the rug in my room. This is the 3rd rug I've ordered and I'm very satisfied with my prior purchases.
