I ordered a 2x6 runner and it is not 2x6 it’s 2 inches too short for my space.

Easy to look for wanted rugs. Only problem is too much selection. That’s a good thing.

I searched google for the type of rugs that I was interested in and I found what I was looking for at Rugs.com I’m hoping that the quality of both rugs are good. This is my first purchase.

The shopping experience was easy & I liked the feature of being able to take a picture of the area I’m going to use the rug to see what it is going to look like.

Good so far. I'd rather rate it after I got the product.

I ordered 3 rugs. Two arrived within a couple weeks, and the other was back ordered. I was charged for the back ordered rug when I placed the order. The back ordered rug did not come for 3 months and there was no email or communication announcing its shipment. They did not even update my order on their website to reflect that it was shipped. I no longer needed the rug, so I tried to return it, but since the company had no record that it shipped, this was difficult. After that hurdle I shipped the rug back and they received it Feb 16. I still do not have a refund for the rug (it’s March 4th) despite 3 calls and their website saying “up to 10 business days”. I would be very careful and watch your credit card to make sure you get refunded for your returns!
