This is my second time ordering a rug from Rugs.com and I know I will be as happy with my new rug as I was with my first time buying from them.

My rut arrived in cheap cellophane that was ripped and a hole in it.

Rugs.com got to file a compliant with their courier and received compensation for that.

Meanwhile I have to figure out how to repackage my 7x10 foot rugs (which they couldn’t figure out in the first place enough to protect its arrival) and load it and carry it to a shipping center.

Their policies cater to their ease and not doing what is right for their customers

HORRIBLE customer service and returns department.
I tried to make a return, they sent me instructions to go to fedex, sent me a UPS label - after carrying a heavy carpet to my car, getting help to bring it into fedex, they decided they wouldn’t send me a label for FEDEX (can’t get it back in my car) - they changed carriers and didn’t update their instructions - so this leaves me with spending $500+ to send back a $100 rug. I have other rugs from them that are good quality and keeping - but will no longer be ordering through them. Plenty of other companies to order from that are great - ruggable has been the best! :)

Finding the rug I wanted was easy because of the many filters you can use to tailor the number of results you get to your needs.

I'm hopeful the shipping will go smoothly, and I'll like the look of the rug in my home when it arrives.

I chatted with Loomi, the AI who was very helpful. I can only say the experience so far has been easy. The reviews for my selected round area rug were very good. Now I have to wait until it arrives. I will comment again once I recieve it.

Love the rugs! Website is great, shows multiple photos of each one, close up of fibers and colors. Free return shipping is a must when you're purchasing something where color is very important, and this place has it! I have not made a return, but it gives me peace of mind to know that if my screen isn't on the money for color, I can exchange it. My only wish is that the "category" screen indicated which ones had other color options. I just placed my order, so I may have an update!

I bought a 3x5 blue Lattice Frieze Rug for $54 plus tax from this site. Then I found the same rug at Amazon for $26.50 plus tax and Amazon allows free returns.

I regret wasting my money with this company. Always search out the best price. I failed to do that. Won't make that mistake again.
