I bought a 3x5 blue Lattice Frieze Rug for $54 plus tax from this site. Then I found the same rug at Amazon for $26.50 plus tax and Amazon allows free returns.

I regret wasting my money with this company. Always search out the best price. I failed to do that. Won't make that mistake again.

Rugs labeled as washable, machine washable, and even have a picture of a washing machine with the rug in it.... but then received something that was definitely not machine washable and the instruction leaflet didn't mention machine washing either. Now I have the hassle of repacking a rug and returning....

This rug is much prettier in real life than the pictures on the website!
There is a depth of color of the blues that I just love.

Being able to upload a photo of the room and see how different rugs might look was very helpful.

I have ordered beautiful rugs for my law firm offices for years from Rugs.com and I have always had a great experience. The rugs are stunning and high quality. They also hold up very well over time. I have a three year old rug that sees alot of traffic but still looks new. The pricing is always more than fair as well. Highly recommend!

I was able to select all of the rugs that interested me easily, then go back and look at them and select the one I loved the best.
Also, I have ordered other rugs from Rugs.com in the past and received them in less than a week. Had no problem returning one that did not work and absolutely love the ones that did. I have had them for a couple of years now and they still look fantastic and new after lots of wear.

I have used Rugs.com in the past and returned today for any number of reasons. I always know that your shop has many different rugs to choose from and that you often have special sales so I can afford to get a quality rug for a competitive price. In the past I had an area rug last ten years before showing serious wear and tear. It was located in a family room and got hard use from children as well as our dogs and cat. I will recommend Rugs.com to my family and friends.

I ordered a rug for my library from here some years ago; it has lasted wonderfully. I'm just ready for another palette so here I am.

Bought a $399 rug. Backordered. Then, rugs.com disappeared. Contacted them snd a $51 credit was offered. No. Not ok. They are thieves. AVOID

Rugs wants more info. Purchased 10/18. Most expensive rug did not come. They said backordered and then went dark. I really wish they would make this right - send the rug or refund. Cant reach anyone though!
