Purchased 2 rugs for a little over $300. Chose expedited shipping. Paid for it. They shipped it normal delivery and decided to then lie to me in an email telling me I didn't pay for it and my shipping was free when it's literally on my invoice! They also didn't refund the shipping cost. Now they have told me that my exact same rugs ship from 2 different locations and will be here at different days. Terrible logistics and customer service.

Had a coupon code for 20% off and there is no place to input it. Could have saved about good amount of money. Will probably cancel order until they get there webpage fixed.

Be aware the checkout is super awkward, it won't take your name if hyphenated, then will also reject your last name even after you figure out to remove the hyphen, unless you delete the last letter and retype it. THEN if you pay with PayPal, be sure to reload your order info page to remove the red "your order included sales tax, review new total above" line or it will just keep going back to the order window after completing the PayPal portion.

Needless to say it took about 15 minutes to figure out what could have been a seamless process. If it weren't for the great holiday pricing, I'd have abandoned the purchase.
