Wrong rug issue
The rug I ordered did not arrive. Instead, a different design, with a different color palette was substituted. The showroom employees were very apologetic and exchanged it for a different rug since the one I wanted was no longer available. Great customer service solving the problem.

Love my new rug!
Love my new rug, not too expensive but reasonable quality. Looks great in my room. Ordering easy, there was an extended delivery date, but it did arrive before the date. Well packaged in a roll soon flattened on the edges once down.

Great experience, I had to email the Rugs.ie to get information on a rug I had seen on Instagram they couldn't be more helpful.
I love the rug and sorry I didn't order the underlay because it is needed.
It was that nice I ordered a second rug the next day!
