Wonderful Experience
Our experience with Rugs.ie was wonderful. The rug we ordered arrived quickly with Rugs.ie keeping us posted on when it might arrive. The rug was the right size and great quality but unfortunately the colour didn't suit our decor. When we asked to return the rug for a refund the company couldn't have been more accommodating and understanding. We would recommend Rugs.ie to anyone looking for a top quality rug and service. great store with good values
I was unsure of the colour on the website and Aoife very kindly sent me a sample which arrived asap. I was able to drag it around with me to match up everything else. Great customer service. Called Ruth to ask for guidance on the ordering and she promptly replied and sorted me out. Rug arrived 5 days after ordering and its fabulous. A great website and I would recommend them.

My rug arrived but no anti slip mat…
My rug arrived but no anti slip mat which had been paid for.
A generic note with delivery stated that there may be two separate deliveries if multiple items are ordered. No other delivery arrived despite the claim.
