Great customer service and advise
I placed an order and was able to cancel it (fairly quickly) as it hadnt been processed. This is because there is always someone at the other end of the phone. It makes such a difference to be able to shop online but also communicate in person. PS I love my Rug

Stellar Rug
We were very impressed with the variety and quality of the rugs in the store. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got a phone call to update us on the expected delivery date. The rug arrived in excellent condition and very well packaged. We are very happy with our new sitting room rug.
