Beautiful rug at a fair price
Beautiful rug at a fair price. Softer than I expected it to be. The underlay that we got to go with it is really grippy and works very well to keep the rug secure.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. When my rug arrived I realised it was too small and Aoife was so helpful in helping me order the next size up. I was kept up to date with delivery times and the company was so responsive to any emails. I would have no hesitation in recommending and reordering from them.

Thank you for your time on the phone just now. Your order has a lead time of 6 - 8 working days but unfortunately, due to Storm Éowyn, we are experiencing some delays with couriers. We work really hard to ensure that our customers are happy with our service and were disappointed to see your rug has been delayed by 2 working days. Your rug was dispatched the morning after your order was placed.

Searching for, and finding, happiness
I had done a few searches using colour and size as criteria, but didn’t find anything that grabbed me. When the sale email came I tried another search and found a lovely rug that is perfect for my room and furniture at a great price. I couldn’t find it when I decided to order it, but after a couple of searches using slightly different criteria I came across it again. Moral: don’t give up searching; your perfect rug could be in there somewhere!
