RugStudio Avis 

Very disappointed in company! My rug was 2 inches shorter (wide) and 2 inches shorter in length. It did not cover my old rugs floor discoloration. Company made me ship it back. Saying thats NORMAL for rugs not to be the same size as advertised! Then why say its 8'4"???? Just say 8 foot! Anyway, its going to cost me $200 to send it back! Even though its NOT what I ordered! (And Its not on my order form that the rug might not be the same size as I ordered!)

Trying to work with them I said I would order a new rug from them...they didnt care.

With so so many companies out there selling rugs...dont use this one!!!!!

Buyer beware! Because you might not get what you order and it will be your problem!

Funny thing is...I'm still hoping they will rectify the situation. Keep you posted.

The rug arrived damaged. Things happen, I’m ok with that. The replacement could not be shipped for 6 months. I am ok with that too. I decided to cancel, which they agree to, and it’s been over a month and they still haven’t refunded my money. Not cool. Stay away from these guys.

Rug starting falling apart the minute we opened the "plastic bag"- didn't even package correctly to ship- was told that this was "normal" I've purchased many rugs in my life including one recently.. NO RUG falls apart like this- I also asked an opinion from a reputable Rug store.- NOT NORMAL- Very Poor Quality

Got Reply back from Rug Studio- It's my fault for their rug quality and I should buy another type- Have same TYPE of rug I just purchased and it DOES NOT COME APART-

I recently purchased a rug from this website after chatting yesterday online and getting an extra promo code. I got paid today and pulled the trigger on ordering it. After I received a confirmation email and the total amount was deducted from my account I received several other emails stating the price was advertised wrong on the website and somehow that's my fault and that I owe more money in order to get the rug I ordered. I've spoken to several people in customer service and they told me they didn't know their bosses name?! Or who someone above them was in order for me to go up the chain in command. This is kind of scary and makes me think this website is a scam. I'm considering contacting better business bureau to file a complaint on this situation. I did contact my bank and they assured me they would block any further transactions from this company. I did formally request them to cancel my order and get a refund and have yet to see it returned to my account. The website did say it could take 2-3 days for a refund. I will continue to watch this situation.

I ordered a beautiful looking rug and received an ugly copy. It took so long to reach me that the ”return window” had already closed so i cant even get my money back. I paid $270 for something that looks worse than the $50 ones from ikea.

Bought a Karastan rug at a very competitive price. It was delivered quickly, shipped with great care, and I am very happy with the price, the service, and the product!

I haven't placed an order yet but the website is easy to navigate & the selection & prices are great.

I had a great experience with RugStudio.com. The swatches that I ordered arrived promptly and the quality of the rugs was excellent. When a lower price came up on a competitor's website, I sent a quick note via the chat function to a customer service representative asking if RugStudio could match the price, and she responded almost immediately that they could and even threw in a rug pad for free!! In fact, every question I sent via email was answered promptly and completely, even on the weekend. I am very impressed with their customer service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality rug.

I ordered one of the sample rugs to look at the quality and was very satisfied. I am ordering 2 rugs for my patio now.

I have not experience it yet, I would like to buy a rug and hopefully get
a 10% discount on the rug I want.

I've not had a chance to purchase yet, but the selection is great, and they have the exact rug we are looking for.

Easy website to find rugs.

I love this company! They have the best selection and provide a great way to narrow down the options by color, style, etc. And, once that's done and my choices are fairly well narrowed, but I still have questions,they have great representatives who will live chat promptly and thoroughly. I have purchased from RugStudio several times and I know they will continue to be in my future!

Did not have a good experience ordering a rug from Rugstudio. Tried to use a coupon that stated "sitewide", but then was told there were exceptions! To me "sitewide" means everything, no exceptions.!

The website is easy to use and customer service is helpful.

Everyone has been very helpful and answered all my questions.

Love the variety and the online customer service. Lots to choose from and great quality
