I never ordered from Runactive before, but everything went smooth. It's unfortunate that the shoes ordered turned out to be too small and had to return them. Overall good experience though.

A great company! Thank you for being in contact regarding my order. Informed me to say shoe colour was not available, they called again to say it was - sorted my order no problem. The lady who called me was very pleasant and helpful on the phone. Will be buying from them again.
