Runactive… great service from supportive helpful and knowledgeable staff
Knowing that Linda at Runactive listened to what my needs were and wants were in a running shoe made me go there.
She had pre selected a range of different styles and fit for me to try, when I visited the shop.
As a runner herself and with the training she has had in fitting running we were able to select the most comfortable and appropriate shoes for my needs.
I was asked to run on the treadmill whilst she videod my foot position and I cam away with what I feel are going to be right for me. Also yhe fact that Brooks were the best match on the day means I also get the 90 day run happy guarentee.

Good product, poor delivery company.
The item was just what I needed for my running.
The only downside was it was delivered by Evri, and their delivery driver left it half hanging out of my letterbox in full view of the road. Luckily it was still there when I got home from work.

Exceptional service & wide range of shoes to choose from
Exceptional service from Charlotte who I dealt with, she was extremely knowledgable, built great rapport and spent a good amount of time care and attention with me. With really nice wide range of shoes from superb brands and when couldn't get in my size, phoned and secured from a different shop and arranged sending to my house! I have sent 3 or 4 other people down there since!

Awesome service! We had a gait fitting at Runners need and I left half way through due to bad service. I booked a fitting at Runactive and what a difference. Everything was so professional and made us feel at ease and welcome! Highly recommend if you are new to running and need the boost!
