The team at Rush Worthing are so friendly and helpful. I have been to a few appointments with my baby and they are always willing to help me with him and make it as easy as possible for me to have my hair done. Tia is my hairdresser and I can highly recommend her. She is chatty, professional and I always love my hair when she has cut and styled it.

I had full head of highlights, colour and cut and finish. Service was excellent. All of the staff are very welcoming , friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. They are up to date with new trends and I always leave happy. Good range of products to assist your aftercare regime. Would definitely recommend.

Another fantastic colour service today from Rush in Windsor. I’ve been a Rush client for 17 years now and would not go anywhere else. The standard of work and creativity is second to none. Monika is a fantastic hairdresser - and I always come out extremely happy. If you want great customer service in a friendly salon - this is the best in Windsor.

I thought I’d found the right hair stylist ever. Narges did an amazing job a few weeks ago so I went back happy knowing I was in her safe hands.
It was not to be. I was passed around between multiple stylists who didn’t know what my simple request was, just do the same thing you did before. But on stylist number 5, after highlights, toner, etc, I went in with creamy blonde (her words) she left me with multiple other stylists as they were so busy so the business model was get as many clients in. Despite my thing. I’m not really bothered about stuff but this time being passed around and leaving with dull beige hair was kind of not what I was after. It doesn’t match the rest of my hair, it’s dull, beige, unmatching, it’s almost like they just redid my hair to be a dull form of what I had before. They said at the time, sorry you were passed around, I didn’t mind as I just said it happens, and to their credit yes you were passed around between multiple stylists there was no continuity. So they wrecked my hair, made me look like a mouse and said yeah we’ll fix it! Ie. Put a load more damaging stuff on my hair to make it the right colour, so it looks ok. I loved Narges and her initial skill, but I don’t trust the process any more. You need to talk to your manager as following a money making business model doesn’t work. I’m miserable with what you’ve done to my hair, and felt so uncomfortable with so many people stepping in. I appreciate your team ethos but not when I spend several hours and money getting a really awful job.

I’ve seen Danielle at Rush, Putney twice now and both times I’ve been really happy with my hair. She’s friendly, professional, and takes the time to understand what I’m after — whether it’s a trim, colour, or something new.
Danielle gives great advice without being pushy, and I always feel like I’m in good hands. The salon has a nice atmosphere and the whole experience is easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend

Turn your hair green and then expect you to wait a week to fix it. Was evident that they were more concerned about cleaning up and closing than leaving me like this for a full week.
Full details:
At the first visit, I requested both highlights and lowlights, but the stylist did not apply lowlights and only put in highlights. She stated the bleach required 30 minutes to process but left it on for 56 minutes due to being busy. As a result, my hair came out far lighter than requested, completely different from the target photo I provided.
When I returned to the Maidenhead salon the stylist admitted the colour had taken too much and attempted to correct it with lowlights and a toner. However, this resulted in my hair turning a khaki-green and grey in parts, rather than the medium, soft blonde I had asked for. I was told the only solution would be to wait for the toner to fade.
Have been told will need to give up several more hours for it not to ever reach my desired look despite consistent errors. Customer care team is refusing even a partial refund.
I will be starting legal proceedings.
Lies below - they are offering to fix (but say they can't fix completely) and think it's acceptable to make you waste 4 visits of your life of over 3 hours each time.

I booked in for a full head of highlights on Saturday 6th September at 9am at Wimbledon Broadway. I’ve never had an issue with salon before, but this was my first time with stylist Lois. You can imagine my disappointment leaving the salon on Saturday feeling like my hair looked exactly the same as it did when I walked in, except this time I was £170 worse off).
I booked an early appointment at 9 am as I had to be at a wedding for 3pm, and I knew I would be short for time. I only wanted my highlights done which I clearly stated in my initial booking.
On the Friday, I was called by the team and asked: “did I want to add a toner to my booking?” I was asked twice, to which I clearly said “no” because I knew it would be short for time, and hadn’t budgeted for this. Lois was quite rough when she washed my hair and brushed my hair. It was uncomfortable and painful, and I was worried it would damage my hair as you shouldn’t brush it so hard when it’s wet. I was also surprised to be charged for a toner. Lois didn’t ask me if I wanted this treatment, it was told to me “I am going to bring over the toner shades now”, as if it were all part of my current service.
I had already declined Olaplex (of course, who pays £30 treatment when the entire bottle is the same price?). As a blonde, I understand the importance of toner to make the colour look good. I don’t mind paying it, but PLEASE be more transparent with clients about what you’re charging, and that this will add on another 25 minutes to the booking! So now I had to wait another half an hour for the ‘colour’ to set.
When it was finally done we looked at it together. I pointed out that the colour still looks dark? To which Lois told me “it’s wet”. Yes, I could see that. I could also see there were no added highlights to my hair!
Oddly enough, at the start she took a ‘before’ photo to which I eagerly agreed. No ‘after’ was taken - clearly there was no obvious transformation, to which I completely agree.
I left the salon in a rush because I was really short for time at this point but I was super disappointed that my hair looks exactly the same.
There is no real colour change and I’m £167.00 out of pocket - utterly disgraceful.
Rush, please pay your staff better wage so they feel less inclined to have to force upselling and they miss out on the tip.
If the team could follow up with me I would be grateful.

Really bad service at reception today at Rush Greenwich.
We had, my daughter and I, two bookings, both at 10:30. They unilaterally changed one of the bookings to 11:45 without telling us.
When we arrived, they were fully booked and even if I had received the two booking confirmations for the 10:30 appointments, they now couldn’t see my daughter until 11:45. The receptionist wasn’t helpful at all and did not give us any rebooking alternatives or discount to fix the issue. We couldn’t wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes due to other commitments. We have been going to that salon for 5 years, spending thousands of pounds there, but we will not go back. Errors happen, but normally the staff would helpfully offer alternatives. No effort was made to fix the issue they created. Bad client service... Bad way to run their business... The owner of the salon should know what happened.
